Unbelievably bad. Poor cleaning, left grease all over the floor from the ladder, and damaged the wall paint in several places. No pictures before or after.
Never again!

The technicians from Canyon Breeze Cleaners came to my home in Fountain Hills, AZ and delivered exceptional service. They began by checking every vent and showing pictures of the dirt accumulation. The deep cleaning process was thorough, and the blower cleaning helped reduce HVAC noise. Coil cleaning and furnace cleaning made the system much more efficient. They identified mild mold growth and handled mold treatment properly. Sanitization left the home fresh. They also discussed UV light installation options. Excellent service all around.

We recently scheduled a thorough cleaning of the dryer vent and air ducts with Canyon Breeze Cleaners in Fountain Hills, Arizona, and the entire process was easy and expert. The professionals took a few minutes to clarify what they would be doing after arriving on schedule. They were very careful to make sure nothing was disrupted while they were inside our house. I have been using Red Mountain for about 5 yrs. I started using them when another company couldn't fix my AC. I found them on the web and called them. They came out and fixed it right the first time. I will not use anyone else.

They came out and fixed a leak in my system this summer. Spot welded it quickly, refilled the coolant, no complaints.

Less than 6 months later and the same spot is leaking again. Came out for a diagnostic and offered to take 10% off the price to replace the part and refill the coolant again. I'd be paying twice to fix the same problem. I'll be taking my business somewhere else.

Just had three new Trane split system heat pumps installed. Worked with Tim Friederich and he did a great job figuring out what units were best for our home. They use their own installers (not contractors) and I couldn't be more pleased. I highly recommend Red Mtn.

The installers were great too. Everyone who came into our home was very respectful, courteous, and did thorough work. Couldn't be happier!

60 day old unit is dead and it's 100+ degrees out after sunset. I'm absolutely disgusted after using a local company there is no one available during these temperatures on a brand new unit. I have 3 special needs dogs in my home. I'm now scrambling to find a place to sleep that can accommodate our pets after giving you >$10k in business. As a registered nurse that has been on call and worked in emergency response for 15 years, this is despicable. No one should be left in their home in these temperatures with no help on the way. I will be telling EVERYONE IN TOWN and within the healthcare community of this despicable service.

Tim Friedrich, sales rep is professional, experienced, honest and responsive. We replaced 3 air conditioning systems. Flawless execution from start to finish. This company deserves 5 stars. We are very pleased and would recommend giving them a call for all your a/c needs.

Our older heat pump quit blowing warm air on heat setting in December, thankfully not the cool air in July! So we called several companies for estimates on replacing the unit as it was pretty old. Red Mountain sent out Tim Friederich, explained in understandable way what we needed and his estimate was not only the lowest but it was for a high end Trane. Our new unit was installed expertly and promptly by Rino. We are pleased and would recommend them to anybody!

Red Mountain came to the rescue after another AC company destroyed my unit by not properly draining old refrigerant and replacing with new (r22 to 407c). The technician Pete and Engineer Tim were fantastic to work with and had me back in business in less than 24 hours. Oh, did I mention that I had sold my property and close on May 4th? Had to reschedule the install due to a plane delay. They were able to install first thing the next day with no problem. They take great care of their customers. Worked their tails off for 7 hours straight with no break while it was 99 degrees in my condo. Back in business now and finally starting to cool off! Red Mountain is the best!

Tim Friederich from Red Mountain Air was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, not your typical pushy salesman. The price of the quality Trane A/C split system was very reasonable, much better than expected. The installers did an A-one job replacing both the attic unit and the outside condenser along with the drain pans, plenum, disconnect and wiring. The whole experience was a pleasure and I would recommend Red Mountain Air to anyone needing A/C maintenance or replacement. I'm very happy with the high quality system and scope of work, thank you Red Mountain Air and Tim.

I needed a new heat pump retrofitted in my house to replace an old inoperable unit. I called out 3 or 4 companies to give me estimates on the job.
Red Mountain sent Tim Friederich to look things over and give me the estimate. Tim was on time and ready to get down to business. He was knowledgeable in his field and was able to not only give me different options with detailed explanations of why and why not, but also had a detailed written itemized estimate in my hands before he left. After a little negotiating Tim and I were able to agree on a price for the job and I hired Red Mountain to do the job.
An appointment was set for the install and the crew showed up in the morning with everything they needed ready to take care of business. They hit the ground running and had the old unit out and the new unit retrofitted in place and operational by mid afternoon.
After a few days Tim came out to deliver the warranty paperwork and to check out the installation and make a few tweaks to the system. I am pleased with the job that was done and like the warranty Red Mountain gives on the workmanship and materials that they installed.
