Absolutely recommend! From sales to installation Red Mountain AC provides excellent service. They are professional, friendly, reliable and pricing is the most reasonable we researched. Installers were great at clean up and really friendly and courteous!

From start to finish, this was a great experience! I was getting lots of estimates and getting quite the education with prices and suggestions all over the map. When I called Red Mountain, they were very responsive and professional. Tim Friedrich, Equipment Specialist, provided not just an estimate, but more. He listened, assessed and worked with me to understand my job and the AC unit, and returned to confirm all is in excellent working order inside and out. I received all the support and guidance I needed to feel confident and sure about my decision to continue with Red Mountain. Not only does Red Mountain offer a great product, but Tim and everyone give superior and dependable attention to detail and installation. The guys who installed were highly professional, knowledgeable and skilled. No rushing, and didn't leave until I was informed and knew how to use the new system. I wholeheartedly, and with gratitude, recommend Red Mountain.

The AC for our condo failed over a summer weekend. Red Mountain estimator was out first thing Monday morning, provided a very competitive estimate and scheduled a Wednesday installation by noon. Installers arrived on time, completed the job with care and were fastidious with cleanup.

I called this excellent, local Ftn Hills business after 6pm on a Friday to ask for AC repair service. By 3pm the next day and they already had a Technician out who fixed the AC Unit at our Townhome. Fast Service. Honest Technicians. Cheap repair cost. They were very reliable in a emergency when we needed them on 8-31-24 when its still 110 Degrees outside.

Danny came out and checked and made a couple adjustments and the air is working fine. Great young man and said the unit looked fine. Also, made suggestions on how to operate with extreme heat and when out of town. We will have them tune up every year going forward. Danny even followed up late in the afternoon to make sure air was still working. Bravo!

Mike came out quickly on a Sunday morning emergency call with no questions asked, no sales talk, no membership plans or discussion of upfront fees. I’m not an existing customer, he didn’t know me from “Adam”. It turned out to be a really simple fix even though my husband and I spent the last day googling what could be wrong and how we might be able to repair it ourselves, since our warranty company was making us wait 2 days in the summer heat. He walked away with nothing but a thank you and a handshake. Left me in tears! I’m sure he will need to charge you at least something for your repairs, since mine took less than 5 minutes, but you can definitely trust that he will do his best to save you money while getting things running in super speed time.
