While they didn’t repair my washer (didn’t make sense given the price to repair vs replace), my technician Paul took the time to educate me on my washer and show me which parts to harvest from the broken unit as I plan to replace with the same one. Very friendly and professional service!

Cameron, the Repair technician, was friendly and professional and the repair was made in a timely fashion. The communication from the office/scheduling was top notch. 100% would recommend this service to others.

We had a unique A/C unit failure. Cameron came and said, no problem, he could fix it. The unit was for my wine cabinet. No one else was interested in trying to repair the unit. Brian was great in fixing my refrigerator. I had been hearing a noise for a while and my husband thought it wasn't a problem. Brian came out and figured out the issue quickly. When he came back to replace the fan, he did a great job making sure the issue was truly fixed. He even tighten things up that were lose. Definitely would recommend him to family and friends.

I have never had such a positive experience as with Appliance Repair Pro. For starters they answered the phone on the first try, showed up when they said they would, kept in contact regarding ordered parts. Brian went above and beyond checking Freon in our freezer when that wasn’t part of the agreement. He made sure everything was functioning properly! And he cleaned all areas. I’m super impressed!!! i purchased an LG dishwasher september ‘22 and the motor, predictably, started going out october ‘23.

my household lived with the loud sound of the degrading motor til mid december when the appliance threw an ‘AE’ code. which meant there was a leak.

Paul from My Appliance came to address the code, and in testing the unit, asked me what that sound was. at the time, i thought it to be a bearing. Paul confirmed it was the motor. and so began the process of contacting LG to have a motor sent free of charge under their 10 year motor warranty.

Paul & his assistant just left. and since the washer hasn’t been used, i’m running a cleaning cycle. and i could weep with joy at the silence of the machine working.

They both were exceedingly pleasant to interact with and he worked quickly to replace the motor. the whole of both visits barely totaled 90 minutes.

and my point of contact, Karen, kept me well-informed during the whole process. trust the google reviews here about the company. they don’t fart around. and should i have appliance issues in the future, My Appliance Repair Pro will be the first call i make.

Cameron was friendly and professional. He kept us informed and explained the problem and pricing up front which was reasonable. Gave us a one year warranty on the parts and said he would come back if there were further issues. We will use them again if there are any future problems. Good family business!!!

This business is very professional. Paul arrived on time, (they call you to let you know he’s on his way), extremely courteous and knowledgeable about the washer. He went out of his way to sweep up glass that was under the washer! The part had to be ordered so he returned today with the same great service. Thank-you!

They sent a tech out to my house right away who had my ice maker fixed in 30 minutes! The tech also took the time to explain to me what the problem with my icemaker was, how it happened, and set me up with tips to keep the breakdown from happening in the future.
