Paul and his team at My Appliance Repair Pro not only made scheduling our dishwasher repair a breeze, but he was prompt, courteous, and professional while he was here… not to mention how affordable they were. Will definitely recommend to others and call them whenever we’ve got issues (hopefully we don’t 😂 but at least if we do we know we’re in good hands). So stoked to not hand wash my dishes tonight!

David came in and saved my family a new dryer! The original outreach had prompt response to the issue and David came by within 4hours of the call back and quoted price based on tech diagnosis which aligned and was taken I'm to account upon arrival. The service was done within an hour. He did show me the reason it was so loud after thermostat was fixed, the wheel was broken on the belt, after another quote for new set of parts to replace upon my request, we scheduled the fix as soon as parts were on (we have gas dryer, not common parts ). The service was exceptionally good and he was patient with my very inquisitive child 😀. Davis also shoulder me more about the dryer when I explained that I tried fixing myself (grew up with electrician in home )
He also gave recommendations to services not preformed and was honest on who not to use based on feedback and experience. We will be using my appliance repair pro as long as we remain in Arizona for sure!

I called My Appliance Repair Pro because my dishwasher wasn't working properly, it would work intermittently. Paul came out, checked out the unit, identified the problem and repaired my unit. Thank you Paul for your diligence in making sure that my unit was repaired. It's nice to load up the dishwasher knowing once the cycle is finished, my dishes are clean, soap actually dispensed and all of the water actually drained. I couldn't be happier. Paul does amazing work! He will really go out of his way to make sure he tries every option before giving up. I do not recommend anyone else when it comes to appliance repairs!

I have an older Kenmore washer but I love this old girl. My machine was making some crazy noises and absolutely spinning out of control on some loads. Called the appliance specialists, they were here in 3 days. Very respectful and knowledgeable technician took a look and made a few adjustments. He didn’t give up or make me feel like this was a lost cause. The service call and repair was a great price. And my machine is working as it should. So thankful. Highly recommend.

Paul did an excellent Job fixing our GE monogram refrigerator. He came, saw the problem, ordered the part and next day in the morning my fridge was repaired. He is very professional and knowledgeable. I recommend appliance repair pro to anyone. They are amazing, legit and trustworthy.

These folks were great! I called yesterday and they answered, got a tech out for today. Mike came and was very professional and great with my dogs. Took apart the LG dryer, found out what was wrong with it and fixed it without needing extra parts. I would recommend if you need help with appliances, call these folks.

Paul was amazing! The first time he came out he had someone with him he was training. He was very patient with them and you could tell he knew what he was doing. We had to order a part for our washer and he was back out within a few days of getting it. The price was very reasonable and the service from everyone in their office was great! I would highly recommend this company to everyone.

Came back from vacation to a non-working dryer. Call these guys and they were able to send someone same day! Johnny who’s the son of the owner came and provided the diagnosis. Despite the fix costing the same as a new dryer, this family owned business really came through with great communication and service.

Paul was timely, courteous, and was not trying to sell me on a fix for my fridge. He could not replicate the problem I had the day before, so he just explained what things it could be. I opted to fix both potential issues so that I did not have to be concerned. He came out 3 different times when the parts came in and fixed the issues to my satisfaction. Paul was knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. He explained the issue with our dryer was not the appliance but a clogged duct behind the wall. He said he'd come back in 30 days to double check it no charge after we have duct cleaning so I appreciated that!
