Had a leaking fridge. He showed up and "fixed it." We noticed our fridge stopped making ice after he left. Then the leak became an issue again. Reached our and never got a reply. Total con-man.

A very easy , convenient grocery store to shop at with with I noticed this past week some great deals in the meat department when they have sales. As an example they has this past Friday and Saturday chicken breasts on sale for .99 cents a pound. And I noticed their beef prices were about $1.50 t o $ 2 dollars less than most other grocery stores in the area. You have to know and do comparative shopping, but if you know the prices elsewhere, you can find great deals worth shopping here for.

I didn't use this service, but they spent some time on the phone discussing my problem with me during which they told me that it probably wasn't worth the money to fix my problem. I appreciate the time and honesty. I will certainly use them in the future if needed.

The owner came and diagnosed my refrigerator quickly. The part was not in stock but I was not in a rush since, thankfully I had a backup fridge outside. As soon as the part was in he came back and the fridge is working perfectly again.

Honest company whose owner acts with integrity. He said he could fix my fridge, but I should not do it. Call Samsung and confirmed he was 100% right. Will sure call Rhino again whenever I have any problems. True professional!

I called Mark with Rhino Appliance Repair after reading all the great reviews here. We have a 26 year old Maytag that wasn't cooling properly and spoiling food. When he came out, he didn't seem very certain of what could be causing the problem, and did not take the time do perform a thorough diagnostic workup on the fridge which led to a mis-diagnosis. He believed it was a bad thermostat and replaced it, which didn't make any difference to our fridge problem. He refunded the repair cost, but not the diagnostic charge of $75, which he should have refunded also since he misdiagnosed the problem from the beginning. The delay with the thermostat replacement cost us another week without a proper functioning fridge. Rhino Appliance Repair would have gotten a 1 star had he not refunded any of our money.

I spoke with Mark about replacing my compressor in my fridge. He was more than gracious with his time, explaining to me that it's cost prohibitive. He gave me recommendations on which brands are the most reliable (GE & Whirlpool) and warned me against any of the Korean Brands (Samsung, Kenmore Elite) which break often. If you guys are looking to have someone who is trustworthy to work on your appliances look no further!

We are so grateful to get our oven working again! After waiting for two months with a different company, Rhino got it repaired in just one afternoon! The part we needed was in the van, and the service was right on the spot. It was also good to hear the recommendation to keep a good oven, so thanks for the great service and saving us money in the process.

I will continue to go to Mark for appliance repair needs. I was impressed with how, over the phone, he gave me some DIY tips to fix my washing machine myself before coming out for a service call. I still ended up having him come out. He was very transparent about the prices. He resolved my issue (drain timeout error) by cleaning the drain filter which was clogged and showed me how to do it every step of the way. That's probably what I appreciated the most.

I do not recommend using this company. Mark did not show up for the first set appointment. When he finally did come 4 days later he said it would be $245 for an idler pulley repair which he thought it might be and up from there even though he did not pull the back of the dryer off to confirm the issue. I could pay $245 to start work or a mandatory $75 call fee for coming out if I declined. The situation did not feel right to me. I called for 2 other quotes and they were $120 and $150 to replace the idler pulley including the service call, parts, and labor. I called Mark to ask for my $75 or a portion back given he missed our first appointment and his fees were double the quotes I received from other vendors. He offered to take $20 off only if I had him make the repair for a total $225 which was still well over the highest bid I had received.

Mark did a great job in fixing a refrigerator leak. Honesty and perfection are his driving principles. He does not cut corners. Fixed our problem for the cheapest option, and does quality work. Thank you Rhino Appliance Repair!
