I had a great experience with Integrity Services and wanted to take the time to leave a thorough review because they really earned it.

Alex was the technician who came out, and he was excellent. He took the time to actually listen to what I had already observed, which I appreciated, and then walked me through what he was checking step by step. He didn’t rush the process or try to upsell anything. Instead, he focused on diagnosing the issue properly and explaining everything in a way that made sense.
Sure enough, it turned out to be exactly what I was hoping—a relatively simple fix rather than something major like a compressor. Alex handled the repair efficiently and made sure everything was running correctly before leaving. He also gave me helpful tips on what to watch for going forward so I can avoid bigger issues down the line.
What stood out the most was the honesty and transparency. There was no pressure, no unnecessary repairs, and no confusion about pricing. That kind of service is hard to find.
