Phoenix Appliance Repair, LLC did a repair job on my dishwasher and all I can say is it was a five star repair. They deserve five stars as it pertains to their courtesy, knowledge, and customer satisfaction. If their was a way, I would give them 10 Stars they are that good. I will call them if I have any more repairs.

Dru from Phoenix Appliance Repair showed up to my home to fix my Amana washing machine, the first thing he did was to put the washer into the automatic test mode going through each test, he explained what he was looking at each point, which after a few minutes he determined that he needed to replace the door switch and the electronic transmission motor, it only took very little time to make the repairs and the washer is back in action. I called about my malfunctioning fridge and everything about my experience with Phoenix Appliance Repair was great. Scheduling, communication, service, timeliness, etc. Repairman came out on time as scheduled and texted to let me know he was on his way. He was knowledgeable and professional, and quickly identified the issue. Unfortunately, he could not repair my fridge - not for lack of skill but simply because my fridge was old and the part it needed was no longer being made. He checked with all their preferred vendors and none of them had it. After-service care was great though, as he provided feedback on makes and models that we were considering. Lastly, their charge for coming out and inspecting the issue was about half what I was quoted by some other companies. I will absolutely use them again for future appliance issues.

Scheduling was super easy online, and they were able to come out the same day—at no extra cost. I really appreciated being able to communicate via text throughout the process. We could not be happier with Phoenix Appliance Repair. Drew was prompt, friendly and knowledgeable. The ice machine on our LG refrigerator stopped working a week prior, and after hours of troubleshooting we couldn’t figure out a fix. Drew had the problem assessed and a new part ordered quickly, and our ice machine back in working order (definitely important in an AZ summer!). Plus, he was so great with our pups that we could not seem to keep out of the kitchen 😂.

This is one of the better Samsung dryer repair companies and people we have ever had. They replaced some of the parts that were obviously worn, showed me where, what and why.

They were thorough, clean, on time, used OEM parts instead of cheaper aftermarket parts and gotter done.

I called and had Phoenix appliance come out same day.
Drew came out and several minute later solved the dishwasher problem. Basically a piece stuck piece under the cap. Removed and 💥 boom working again! Even shot me a picture and called me.
Phoenix appliances ended up just charging the diagnostic fee which was great b/c they didn’t over charge like some other people/companies would/could have.

Good company, good people and great values. I highly recommend to others and will be calling for any of my appliances repair needs in the future.

Awesome technician. Dru repaired our ice maker first time out. Explained issue over the phone, provided a make and model number and Dru came with the correct part. Very knowledgeable. Tech was on time, and even offered recommendations on other appliances. We will keep his card handy.
