Able to make an appointment with short notice and technician quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue without complication. Have used Tiger on several appliances and have always received professional, competent service.

Tiger Mechanical was able to correct the freezer door installation that was done by Home Depot
Delivery and installation crew. Home Depot sent out their crew again after I had complained and I was told by their driver and installation crew that they could not fix it. This was on a new less than a month old refrigerator that was not keeping freezer food completely frozen and I had ice build up in the freezer.
Luckily I had the extended warranty and Tiger Mechanical field engineer was very knowledgeable and explained what was done incorrectly and how he was going to fix it.

Trevail was great! He figured out what the problem was quickly. The repair was quick and easy. The shelf holder in the center of the refrigerator was reinstalled upside down but he came back as soon as he could after we called him to turn the part over. He was very nice to deal with.

Cheyne was in and out within 10 minutes. Fixed the oven door, showed my husband how to do it if it is taken off again. Fast, efficient. Would use again if needed. Thank you

Their tech Terry was awesome, He checked our washing machine for any codes. He found two and had the parts delivered to our home, a few days later the machine was running great.

The tech did not finish the repair job. These were left at the back of the top drawer of the dishwasher and it wasn’t viewable until completely opening the drawer, which was after the tech left. Simple mistake, and I’m sure one that was just a result of an oversight. I’m sure he thought he’d circle back around to finishing that part and forgot. But when I called Tiger to report the mistake and ask them to come fix it, they refuse to come back and fix it because the technician marked the job as “complete.” Nina, the woman who handles all the calls, is completely unreasonable and won’t hear logic. She just endlessly repeats “protocol” and “procedure” without applying common sense. I’ve already reported them to the company that dispatched the claim to them. They should not be paid for a claim that isn’t complete, or scam another new claim out of me or the warranty company.

Update: After I posted my review, the company reached back out and was suddenly willing to come back out and fix what they left incomplete. They tried to claim that this part just "fell off" after all the work was done, which is untrue, because parts fall DOWN, not up and neatly into drawers. And even if it could have been true, that means the tech did a poor job either inspecting and diagnosing the first time, or quality control checking the repair. Either way, he came back, ordered more parts and came back today to install. My husband facilitated the meeting this time so he didn't know to check this guy's work. I opened the drawer tonight to load the dishwasher, and the SAME part is LYING IN THE DRAWER (see second pic-the long arm piece just lying down). In this case, I think it's the old one that he took off because the other one is installed in place on the other side, but his quality control REALLY sucks. He doesn't even check his work when he's done.

My appliance was either broken in shipping or transport. The location for repair was rural. After I acquired the parts from Canada for a French made cooktop, I was fortunate to get a technician who was familiar with this cooktop. He understood the problem and quickly made the repairs.

We had our new dishwasher repaired that we purchased at Costco to extend the middle drawer to load. The first repair company adjusted the draw sliders to make it easier to load a inadequate amount and charge us $95 for the service call.
The second company was Tigermechanical. The tech came out and recognized the draw sliders needed replacing and covered under warranty at no charge at all.
We are very pleased on the skill of the technicians and pleased the drawer is easily pulled out to load the glasses , etc. Great repair people.

This was a fantastic company to deal with. My fridge wasn’t cooling. I called them and a service technician came out the same day. They investigated the available warranty for me, ordered the parts and then came back in a timely manner and performed the repair. My fridge works great now. I’m a happy customer!!

Although I was frustrated with our property management company placing the task of dealing with a warranty on a fridge that they had purchased, we were pleased with Tiger Mechanical when it came to getting the job done! Unfortunately, Shane had to fix a brand new refrigerator that had a door issue on day one. He did a great job.

Great company to deal with and very friendly staff! We had to use Tiger Mechanical for some warranty services on our dishwasher recently. They were very easy to get ahold of when needed and quick to follow up after service. Trevail arrived on time and serviced the dishwasher without issue. Very courteous and professional, 10/10 recommend.

Trevail was awesome! From the initial service call to the actual repair of my washer, he was great! Price was a little on the higher end because I needed them to remove and restack the dryer but it was worth it.

We live in Prescott and have a home warranty. Tiger Mechanical and Cris (technician) were very responsive to our needs even though they had to drive up from the Valley. Cris was very personable and attentive. He took time to understand our issue before beginning his inspection. He agreed that the washing machine needed to be replaced but advised us the home warranty company would make the final decision. Because of his documentation we are getting a new washer.
I would recommend Cris and Tiger Mechanical to anyone looking for an honest and reliable team to work on their appliances.

Steve did an excellent job fixing our double wall mounted electric oven. He communicated very well and replaced the fan that was broken. Everything works great, and just in time for Thanksgiving! Highly recommend Tiger Mechanical if you have any appliance repair needs
