Technician arrived as scheduled; determined that ice maker should be replaced; returned a week later with replacement part and installed the part.
Problem was resolved.

Be careful when discussing the process and pricing with the foreign customer service reps. Poor call quality and difficult to understand the fees included. I was caught off guard when I got the bill

This company is not good at all. I hired them to repair my washing machine. They asked me for an advance payment and I handed over $400 in cash because if I did it with a card they would charge me an additional 3%. The part took longer to arrive than they mentioned and when the technician came to install it it turned out it was not the right one. They came back later with the correct one and the washing machine did not work because they gave a wrong diagnosis. The washing machine was no longer repairable. I bought a new one which cost me less than the repair that Tiger Mechanicals would charge me in total. This was the first days of July 2025 and to this day I still have not received my money back that I handed in on the same date. For more than two weeks they tell me the same thing that I will receive it in 7 business days and I still have not received it to this day. I am not one to write reviews but since this was a very bad experience that is why I am expressing it.

I do not know where to begin with this review. Working with This company was a disaster from start finish. Actually, they never finished, we let them go and found someone else more competent. My business purchased around 5,000 dollars of ice waiting for Tiger to fix our 2 "under warranty" Scottsman Ice Machines. What a disaster! The company now working on our machines said the last one who attempted to fix these never cleaned anything and that there were wires left unconnected. This is hard to believe that a company this large would operate in such a manor. So disappointing. So hard to find a good company to work on ice machines in Prescott Valley! Also I will never purchase a Scottsman ice machine either as I have only had trouble with them since the day they were unboxed!

Tiger Mechanical effected repairs in a timely manner, service technicians are well trained and explained issues so I would understand problem and fix. Very good repair company. Warranty repair, so no cost.

They did a great job scheduling around times we needed. Plus they were able to come sooner on the day of the appointment! Fast and great customer service

I hired Tiger Mechanical to fix a grill that had been malfunctioning for 2+ years. I have had several service techs from other companies come to my house and work on the issue without resolution. The manufacturer finally put me in contact with Tiger Mechanical. Tiger Mechanical not only came promptly they came with all their expertise! They were able to accurately diagnose the first time and repair / replace the parts. They showed up on time and did a great job!! Super excited to be grilling on “both sides” of my grill!

Tiger Appliance Repair was great and had good communication and the service tech who repaired the dryer was great also. Our GE warranty company uses Tiger and we are pleased.

After four weeks dealing with two other repair services the company that sold me my washer and dryer connected me with Tiger mechanical. When the gentleman came out I explained to him the issues he said that the others hadn't listened to the machine he made an assessment of what was wrong. Ordered the additional parts came back about a week later and installed everything. I could not be happier- he was a gentleman - both friendly and professional -the work was done swiftly and correctly- it took five weeks to get my washing machine repaired -Next time I would never call anyone except Tiger Mechanical and hope that I get Terry again!

I was quite ill and the service man was great. He got the parts fixed the dish washer and was on his way. Leaving no trace that he had been here!! Thank you! It was covered by my insurance!

The tech came out to just replace the knob. He was very informative and gave up pointers on the dryer as well. We didn't know there was a vent leading to the outside of the house, it was blocked causing the dryer to overheat. Awesome job!!

Tiger Mechanical is excellent. Rita in the office helped us decipher what was wrong with our speed queen washer. Shane came out and fixed the problem in 10 minutes and made us understand why it occurred. We would highly recommend this company

They were very helpful! The technician came to repair my washer and was professional, courteous, and took the time to answer all of my questions. I really appreciated the service and would definitely use them again

Quick, efficient, and not only fixed the issue of one burner not lighting, but also took the initiative to check all burners to ensure they stay lit when on the lowest setting (which they didn't, so the repairman fixed that too). I had the appliances delivered on a Monday, noticed the burner issue on Friday and scheduled service, and had someone at my house that following Monday.

The dishwasher kept blowing the circuit breaker every time we tried to use it. Tiger sent Chris out to look at the dishwasher. He knew almost immediately that it was the heating element. The part was ordered and Chris returned to fix the problem. Very professional and knowledgeable.

Our washing machine wasn't draining water. The technician assessed the issue and placed order for a part in a short time. When part arrived it was replaced and the draining cycle was tested and we were washing clothes again. Thank you for the prompt service and repair.

Terrell, my technician, was not just good. He was excellent! I am disabled. Yet he was not just professional and an amazing representative of Tiger Mechanical, he was patient and kind. Wish our world had more people like him and companies like Tiger Mechanical!

Chris was very professional. Well dressed, neat, clean. He even had protective booties and a floor protection pad. He was friendly, informative and fast with the repair. I almost never rate companies but these guys are that good.

Tiger Mechanical provides expert repair work. Scheduling is easy. Technician Cheyne is highly knowledgeable and readily repaired our new GE front loader washer. After solving, he explained the problem, answered my maintenance questions. Best service repair ever! The Tiger phone team are helpful, follow-up, and provide top communication.
