Steve my service repairman was excellent and very professional. Answered all questions and did excellent work in replacing my current microwave with the new one that was under warranty. No charge.

I’ve used Tiger several times in the past five years. Each time they’ve been available, prompt, efficient and done good work. Note that each time I required parts whose price Tiger can’t control.

Great experience with Tiger Mechanical, they have a local repair man and was able to set up an appointment fast. Chris came twice, once for diagnostic and the second to replace the part. Chris was very professional, knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. He did not mind us being present and nosy about what he was doing. He was patient with us. Will definitely recommend Tiger Mechanical to our friends, neighbors and family both here in Prescott and in the Phoenix area.

I was schedule changed twice and then pushed back on time of day but they gave me a 12-2 and nobody was here at 2:30 so attempted to get ahold of them with no answer until I got a text saying they were in the way. I quickly tried feeding my dogs to get that out of the way since it would be later I didn’t want them outside barking. They came right in the middle of me putting food down and I could not stop so I told them they’d have to give me 5 minutes quickly so I could finish. They did not take that well which I can understand being the last customer but also they should understand with no notice of being late and time actually coming, I was trying to do my best at the moment. The service work was great. Communication was lacking though.

Great service! The technician was on time, courteous and professional. In about 15 minutes he knew what was causing the problem with our dishwasher and cleaned the blockage. I will definitely use them again, but hopefully not soon.

He came out the next day when I called about my washer. He was on time. Told me the problem was with the cold water intake valve and he didn’t think he could get a replacement part because of the age of my washer (8/9 years!?). He left and said he’d let me know about the part. Never heard from him again. I found an OEM part on Amazon for $27 and fixed it in less than 15 min.
