Had Gilbert pools fix my pump problem. They did an amazing job and there technician Brandon was able to answer all of my questions. I will be setting up weekly pool services with them. I'm very impressed.

Our pool had multiple issues with broken filter and very poor water quality. Called GIlbert Pool Service and Repair as I used them at our prior house. Brandon the tech was out the same day of the call and was back each day until everything was repaired. Pool is operating great and water clear. Brandon communicated the issues well and the bill was right in line with what he quoted me the first day. I would certainly use them again for future repairs.

Moved into a home and saw that Gilbert’s pool did some recent work so I contacted them and agreed to pay a fee for them to come out and show me what was done and how to work the system. Two times they don’t show. Third time came when no one was home, sent me two estimated totaling close to 6K and still didn’t answer my concern. Contacted the company and they had the technician call me. He stated I needed to pay for him to be able to show me how to used the pool. After he found out I did pay, he said he would call me back to schedule something as he was busy that week. To my surprised….he ghosted me.

Our pool was serviced by this company for 4 or 5 years. The technician, Don was always friendly and knowledgeable. I gave Don a key to our gate so he could enter as needed. A couple of weeks ago Don was a no show. I checked my CCTV and saw that a pool guy (he had a skimmer net) rang my door while I was out. I called the office twice and sent an online request for a call back over
the following week None of which resulted in a response. I completely understand that stuff happens but client concerns must be addressed. I have since cancelled my service and have gotten a lower price for the same service.

12/19/25. Owners reply is total BS. I have their number in my contacts and have successfully contacted them in the past. In any case their online app doesn't work either? Use your best judgement and look at the reviews. This place is shady scam!

Using them not the first year and we are very happy with Gilbert Pools Service. They are always on time, professional, and take great care of our pool. The water is always clean and perfectly maintained. It’s clear they truly care about their customers. Highly recommended!

We have had our pool serviced by Gilbert Pool Service LLC since 2021. Overall have experienced GREAT service and is AFFORDABLE. If we have questions/concerns, they do well to answer/explain thoroughly and in a timely manner. Don is great! He comes out weekly and always goes above and beyond. If there are anything concerning, he goes out of his way to pass along to us. The company also lets us know if Don is not available and follow up. We appreciate the continues support that this team provides us. In regards to the negative comments/reviews provided to this company ...not at all what we have experienced in the 4 years of service. Not to mention that there are a few customers that posted under the wrong company. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND GILBERT POOL SERVICE LLC!

We recently completed a full pool remodel, and the experience with Gilbert Pool Services was fantastic from start to finish.

Gilbert subcontracted the remodel to Fiji Pools while managing the entire project, and the coordination was seamless.

Brandon from Gilbert handled the project management and some of the setup work. He was invaluable throughout the process - thoughtful with design guidance, spot‑on with material selections, and consistently offering great advice. His follow‑up and follow‑through at every stage made the whole remodel feel easy and well‑managed.

The remodel itself was a big job, and every crew involved delivered excellent work:
- The demo team
- The plaster crew
- The glass bead and PebbleTec team
- The tile installers (we absolutely love the turtles!)

Everything came together beautifully, and a lot of that credit goes to Brandon for keeping all the moving parts in sync.

The gaskets on my old pool filter started leaking for the second time in three years. I called around and many techs said it was time to replace the pump. I called Gilbert Pool Repairs. Their quote was several hundred dollars lower than the other guys. The technician showed up on time and not only did he replace the pump, he also replaced all of the piping, since he noticed the piping was the wrong type of PVC, with no extra charge. That's great service!

I have used Gilbert Pool for at least 3 years. They handle my weekly maintenance. Always comes when scheduled, very friendly and knowledgeable on pools and there systems. Recently they removed and replaced the tile around my pool and also installed a water levelor. I highly recommend Gilbert Pool for any and all swimming issues as well as weekly/monthly maintenance.

My prior pool company had about run both of the pools in the Air BnB's I manage right into the ground until Danny came in and saved BOTH of them! He's a straight shooter, knowledgeable, communicative and reliable. We are so thankful to work with him now and know that our pools are being taken care of and he has our best interest in mind. I can't recommend him enough!

Danny, Carlos and his crew were fantastic. Once materials and supplies arrived they knocked out the pool restoration, filter and motor replacement and the cool deck in no time flat. Gilbert Pool Repairs did a very nice job replacing the stone work around the outside wall of the spa and replacing the tiles around the pool and the spa. The crew was friendly and professional. We enjoyed listening to them talking to each other and laughing with each other while they worked hard to get our project done. They seemed to enjoy what they were doing and we are very happy with the results.

Spoke with Danny and he was out the next day to look at my pool pump. He discovered that the pump was still under warranty and the there would be no cost for the repair. He completed the warranty paperwork for me and also told me how to keep the pool from turning green green while waiting for the repair. Danny and his team were VERY PROMPT,PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS. THEY COMPLETED THE WORK AS WAS PROMISED AND WERE NEAT AND LEFT THE YARD CLEAN.

Waited 4 days for this guy to come out to fix a problem and said my motor is old and needs to be replaced at $2100. It's 3 years old. Wouldn't touch my system. Called another tech. They were out and my problem was fixed within 24 hours for $225. This guy is shady. Stay away.

Have used Gilbert Pool Repairs for the past several months and am very pleased with my experience all around. They remodeled our pool, replaced our pool light and continue to provide cleaning services each week which are consistent, timely and priced competitively compared to other options. Highly recommend!

Awesome company! I needed my pebble tech patched and other companies told me they couldn’t do the patch due you the size and where it was located but Gilbert Pool Repairs came in and did a wonderful job. They also drained the pool, replaced my pool light, acid washed the pool and did the start up! They were professional and finished the job within a few days.
