We bought a house with a pool and have never owned a pool before. We went through 2 pool companies before finding Danny. He is nothing like the other guys. He is honest, reliable, professional, and knowledgeable. If you need repairs or are looking for weekly cleaning. He can take care of it all.

Really appreciated the honesty and transparency on everything. Plus Danny was able to get it done pretty quick. Easy smooth process.

This company installed new equipment for my pool last May, it wasn't Danny, it was one of his workers that did a good job, however on Monday of this week Danny came out to my home to look at tile that had fallen off the wall, I told Danny I needed the 4 tile repaired, Danny sends an estimate to retile the entire pool, I didn't ask him to do this, his 1st mistake, I informed Danny, it wasn't in my budget at this time to have the entire pool done due having to replace both A/C units and the furnaces this past summer, you think this guy would be understanding of a previous client and repair the fallen tile, nope, Danny showed real class by texting me to go to Home Depot and get Liquid Nails for a cheap fix, really? This is how Danny treats customers, his reply was sarcastic, rude, unprofessional, heartless, this is how Danny treats hard working people, it's only about how much money can he make. There are plenty of decent, polite, pool companies, who put customers first and are there to help, however big or small a job, I would run from Gilbert Pool repairs. I'll never use this guy again, doesn't deserve the one star, so really, it's 0 stars

Excellent customer care- after leaving a message I got a return call promptly and was updated regularly as to when Danny would be arriving. He also taught me a few things to be a smarter pool owner. Great price as well.

I needed some work done on my pool filter. Gilbert Pool Repairs came out and took a look, gave detailed info on what my options were for repair/replace and then did the work very quickly and efficiently. They were very punctual and very efficient. They even followed up a week later to make sure everything was running smoothly. I would highly recommend this company for your pool needs.

Danny is awesome! I had a concern with my pool, and he was able to walk me through it over the phone. Saved him a trip, saved me money, gained a customer 😊 Will definitely use for future repairs!

Absolutely love how everything's been with the pool service! Honestly, I just chill and don't even sweat about the pool stuff, except maybe the temperature. Danny’s super quick to catch any problems. Whenever there’s something up, I just get a text, and like magic, it’s all fixed and ready to rock. Definitely a thumbs up from me for anyone looking for a hassle-free pool service.

Danny has been amazing since he started with us. We contacted him after another company really did a poor job taking care of our pool after our original guy retired. He came out immediately to assess the situation, give us recommendations, and jumped right in. Our pool is back to super clear and I never have to worry about anything. I had been using another company that had been using multiple HS kids as labor. I was being billed for weekly service, but they only showed half the time. Because of this my pool was never cleaned properly, even when they did show. Danny has gotten my pool back to where it should have been and it looks amazing. He is the owner operator. I feel much better not having random employees show up whenever they feel like it like other companies. Would highly recommend

Danny is very knowledgeable on pool maintenance and repairs. We sent him pics of our pool and texted him with our concerns. He immediately knew what the issue was and offered reasonable pricing for the repair and maintenance of our pool. He is also very considerate when it comes to insuring to lock the gate when making his weekly pool maintenance as we have dogs.

I highly recommend Danny. A trusted professional, who treats your pool like it his own. He did a great job repairing what my previous pool service did not do. My pool and all my equipment are looking and preforming like they are brand new. His customer service and attention to detail is phenomenal.

Danny did a great job repairing a filter leak and acid washing my pool, so I decided to have them provide weekly maintenance, too. Now my pool is always crystal clear and looks amazing! Amazing pool remodel! Communication was great, they were very patient with my questions and requests. End result is better than I could have imagined! They shared constant communication on different phases of work being done which is much appreciated. I would HIGHLY recommend them for any remodel or repair needed for your pool! You will not be disappointed.

Danny is basically a run of the mill used car salesman. He subcontracts EVERYTHING out to Miguel and Martin who do everything and he collects the money. He is not a great person when it comes to business because he tries to upsell, overcharge and not be responsible when getting things done. His company left tons of material in my yard from tile pieces, concrete bags pavers, and material he should have taken after final inspection. He is rude. Find another pool service...NEVER trust him to do a pool job.
This guy also tried to lie about boulder removal. I paid for 3 and he said I tried to get more done. He's slick. Watch out for his upsells. He's never getting my business again.

I hired Gilbert Pools to fix a crack in my pools side wall caused by a nearby tree. Not only did they complete it in record time, the repair looks amazing and seems to be holding well. Excellent communication, service, and pricing. Will be using them again for a future pool remodel.

These people have done a wonderful job with our old pool! They resurfaced the pool with mini pebbles, installed new tiles, a suction line for the vacuum, an automatic water leveler, and added 3 return lines. They also installed a new pump, new cartridge filter, and lights! Danny and everybody that have come to our house to work on our pool have been great people to deal with, and they all have done a great job. We are beyond happy with how the pool looks and how much easier it will be now to maintain. We would definitely recommend! Thank you Danny!!! We are so glad we found you guys!

At the worst possible moment, my 23-year-old backwash valve finally snapped and I was left with only the backwash option for my pool … on a holiday weekend with temps set to hit 103+. After being turned down or grifted by a few other repair companies, Danny of Gilbert Pool Repairs replied with exactly what I wanted/needed : a quick, relatively simple REPAIR that wouldn’t cost me an arm or leg or even an old shoe! No upselling, no pressure, no gimmicks, no waiting weeks on end. Within 4 days, my pool filter was in better working condition than before Ben & Randy worked their magic. No kidding, my pool filter system works better than ever. Not only did Ben repair the broken push/pull lever, but he also repaired an original pipe that had been installed rather badly, at no extra charge. I can’t tell you how very happy and satisfied I am for the work they did, in a timely manner, and for less than $500!!! I won’t call anyone else from now on. My pool is in the best hands: Gilbert Pool Repairs.

Danny came on short notice and helped me with a quick repair of a broken filter pressure gauge. But while he was at the house he spent the extra time to really look at the system as a whole when it came to setting the proper rpm’s and establishing the proper pressure I should have for my Vac. He is really knowledgeable and recommended a few long term fixes that may help overall performance (understanding that I just re did the pool in 2019). He listened to how I do things (I take care pool myself) and made recommendations and fixes on the spot to allow me to keep my routine but make the overall system function better!

Danny was very professional and responsive. I texted him in the middle of Christmas week and he got back to me when he said he would. He arranged leak detection for our pool and was able to identify the issue and got it repaired right away.

Danny and I were always on the same page of what I wanted and needed for repairs on my Daughters pool. Work was done quick and very happy with the results. And also the Daughter is happy! Highly recommend Gilbert Pool Repairs!
