Michelle came out to re-clean my carpet and did an excellent job. She was thorough, professional, and clearly took pride in her work. I noticed a big improvement compared to the initial visit.

The previous tech left a lot of areas streaky by not overlapping during the cleaning phase, and it appeared to me that he didn’t put much effort into cleaning. Michelle properly pre-treated the carpet with a citrus cleaner and used corner protectors to prevent damage, which the previous tech did not use (citrus cleaner or corner protectors). The difference in quality was obvious, and Michelle’s attention to detail really showed.

I truly appreciate her effort and professionalism. I’m very satisfied with the results. Thanks Michelle!

The tile floor that Ryan from ZeroRez had been in a rental house & not well maintained for 2+ years. They spent four hours getting it to look like near-new. Grout was visibly cleaner. The two guys were polite, professional & did an amazing job!!!

We recently hired Zerorez to clean both our ducts and carpets, spending close to $1,300 total. The ducts were cleaned on a Tuesday and carpets were scheduled for Wednesday. I highly recommend leaving at least 2–3 days between appointments to clean up any mess from the duct cleaning before carpets are done.

While the technicians were polite, I was disappointed with the overall experience and the lack of professionalism in how things were handled. All of our vents were taped off during the cleaning, but the tape quickly came undone—leaving a significant amount of debris all over our home. Nearly a week later, I’m still cleaning up the mess. When I mentioned the issue to one of the techs, the response I got was simply, “Yep, that’s what happens,” which felt dismissive and unprofessional.

Despite being told I was getting “the best team,” they left a vent cover down, blue tape hanging off the ceiling and debris all over my mattress, additional forgot a piece of their equipment. When I asked the carpet tech the next day if he could help remove the tape or replace the vent, he said he didn’t have a ladder but mentioned he did inform his supervisor. No one ever followed up, reached out, or offered to complete the unfinished work.

Given the price and the lack of follow-through, I can’t recommend this service. I’d also suggest placing covers or tarps under your vents before any duct work is done to help with the mess. Lastly, I’m not confident the ducts were thoroughly cleaned—it seemed more like debris was just blown out and left.

Carpet rep was very nice!

The carpet cleaning was decent, but not impressed on the tile cleaning. There were many residue marks left over from the machine that were rough and sticky. This occurred even in wide open areas where the machine was not against baseboard or furniture. I don’t think I should have to clean the floor right after they “deep cleaned it”. In addition, I understand not being able to move furniture for liability reasons but end tables that weigh less than 5 pounds? Seems like they just don’t care that much… will definitely be using a different company next time.

Amazing experience with ZeroRez! Our old, heavily stained carpet looks unbelievably better. Michelle was on time, super communicative, friendly, and clearly knows what she’s doing. Exceeded all expectations—highly recommend!

Very friendly workers went beyond normal cleaning. My carpets looked exceptionally clean and bright. They also cleaned my ceramic tile and grout—again, superb clean!

Technician Ezekiel did a great job on my carpet. He very thorough, knowledgeable and attentive to detail. He explained everything on what he was going to do and recommended a special treatments for stains. Cleaned up after the job was completed. Iam a previous customer and still happy with AzRez service. I think the person who cleaned our carpet was Mark. He was a very polite friendly person. Our carpets look great and the price was very reasonable. They were able to schedule us within the week. I will definitely call them the next time our carpets need to be cleaned!

Let’s start by saying, Your guy was on time, polite and professional but my carpets hardly look cleaned. We have gotten better results with renting the grocery store machine and doing it ourselves. Biggest, hugest mistake of spending $200 ever, lesson learned, sad to say WON’T EVER USE AGAIN.

Every step of the process, unlike the previous company I contacted, was smooth. From the introductory call to the review of services, pricing, and scheduling. It was easy. The technician was efficient and professional. Seamless process. My carpet was a mess and now it’s not!

Mr. T. from ZeroRez is very professional, friendly and remarkably thorough. After he was done cleaning the carpet, he mopped the tile clean and I appreciate that he wears a shoe cover as well. He was absolutely tremendous, so customer oriented, so professional, did a wonderful job, made some recommendations which I took— I am very very pleased. Joshua was on time, contacted me ahead of arrival, and clearly explained the recommended services for my particular cleaning need. The cleaning was priced fairly, completed efficiently, and the area cleaned up nicely upon conclusion. This was a good first experience for a new customer.

Wow. Well first off, Cody was phenomenal. Secondly, I am astounded with the success of the service. We needed a clan due to pet urine and it was quite extensive in that room unfortunately. Barely 24 hours later, it’s like it never happened. We’ll be using them again very soon!

I originally gave 5 stars in an initial review, but that was right after the tech left and my carpets were still damp (the app wanted me to leave the review upon paying). I should’ve waited until everything was “dry” before leaving a review. So here’s an update. It’s been 3 days and my stairs are still wet - even with leaving 2 floor fans (one upstairs/1 downstairs) blowing on them for 2 days/nights now! The other 2 rooms that I had done, the carpet is now “crusty” feeling even after vacuuming twice. One of the rooms I had done was a guest room. Door to that room is always closed unless in use and has had very little foot traffic. The carpet is less than 4 years old. Black light used prior to cleaning showed a few small (about quarter size) spots in the room. After cleaning, they are still there. No change at all. But I guess that’s what I get for assuming such small spots unseen with the naked eye could get clean w/o “stain remover”. And the smell in my stair well now….. Musty! I have had to sprinkle baking soda mixture w/essential oils to try to pull out the odor, which still exists after going through 1 box of baking soda. I will not be using this company again.

I usually use Chem Dry, thought I’d give Zerorez a try. I had company coming for a week and wanted my sectional and carpet cleaned. My sectional is a performance fabric, everything wipes off, but it was overall soiled, so I thought having it cleaned should make it look like new. Same thing with the carpet, overall soiled from traffic patterns, but everything wipes off. As it dried the sofa looked dingier, no spots removed and what looks like a water stain on the back. The carpet looked no different than before, and was sticky to walk on. I called and asked to have someone come out and inspect. They wanted to come out and clean it again, but I had to put the furniture back since company was due in and I really didn’t want them to make things even worse. It was so disappointing to have spent $500, do all of the work of moving furniture back and forth only to have it look worse for company! After company left I called again to say I needed someone to come out and inspect. I did not want them to touch my sectional, it’s an $10,000 Century sectional. I just wanted them to see what they did and refund my money. After calling multiple times they agreed to send someone out, but all they did was look at it, call the manager (was told a manager was coming out) and told me all they could do was clean it again. Would never allow them to touch my furniture again. I will have Chem dry come out and try to fix their mess. Will post pics after Chem Dry recleans. Maybe this was a one off with Zerorez, but the way they handled everything was horrible. Do not use!!

The cleaner arrived as scheduled, did a walk through and looked at rugs and upholstery carefully. He used a flashlight that could detect urine, blood, or animal tissue on carpet. He recommended a spray that would mask any odor from the carpet. I declined. I am very satisfied with the work he did. We had a discussion re what was quoted when I made the appointment vs what he charged. But we worked it out and I would recommend Zerorez.

We adopted two puppies last year and boy did we need our carpets cleaned. Joseph was our tech. Very professional and came back a couple days later to make sure that we were 100% happy with our servive. I highly recommend.
