Our carpet technician was Andrew and he was awesome! Andrew called 45 minutes before arriving, and he arrived as scheduled. After I gave Andrew a tour of the rooms to be cleaned he explained the cleaning process to me and immediately started preparing his equipment for the task at hand. Andrew was thoughtful and wore shoe covers, he protected the corners of my interior walls by placing guards around them, and immediately started the cleaning. Andrew cleaned three rooms of carpet in my home, and a pretreatment was applied. When he was finished with the carpets he dried up all the small drips of water from the floors walkways and left everything nice and neat. The photos does not do the cleaning service justice, but please believe me when I tell you the carpets look new again. Zerorez has definitely earned my business.

Had great experience with Zerorez today. We don’t use harmful chemicals in the house in any form and have chosen Zerorez for mainly this reason. The technician (Andrew) was very knowledgeable and understanding the problem. We have one room with high traffic on the carpet. Andrew was very thorough with darker spots and results were very impressive. He made carpet look almost like new. We were just amazed and honestly didn’t expect such beautiful results due to the amount of traffic. We can’t even see the trail of dark paws from the doggy door:) We will definitely use Zerorez for other rooms and highly recommend them for anyone who values the quality and harmful chemical-free cleaning.

Ryan was absolutely amazing to work with. He went over and beyond. I would never go with another company to clean my carpet and rugs. I’m planning to hire Zerores to clean my leather couches after the holidays. Highly recommended!

The tech was curteous, knowledgeable and let me know exactly what he was gonna do and if I wasnt happy Zerorez would make it right . Who says customer service is dead, not at Zerorez!! Moved into a rental home, discovered there was old pet urine throughout all my carpeted area. Zach was more than accommodating to talk me through the Process and got things done in a timely manner. The pet stairs were gone after the full cleaning!

Aquaman pools is the only company that has been reliable. They have great communication, whether it be email, text, or call. My pool is always clean and ready for use!

Aquaman is always responding to our concerns in a timely manner. They diagnosed our problem and had pool, drained, acid washed, filled& chemicals in for swimming within a few days. Never been happier with a pool company.

I cannot express just how incredibly grateful we are to this company! Our pool had gone green. Like really really green. Like “is it green or black, I’m not sure” green. And please don’t judge. We had a cancer diagnosis that has derailed our family and I have not been able to keep up with all of life, and the house, and the kids, and work. It was just too much and the pool maintenance got the brunt of the neglect. When I say I went to bed(I work nights and sleep during the day) with a drained, nasty green walled pool and woke up to a SPARKLING white, CLEAN pool just a few hours later, guys my jaw hit the ground! It was a miracle. These guys are amazing! They are so fast, and efficient and have made the entire process so low stress for me! I cannot express how grateful I am! They will be doing our weekly maintenance from now on as well. Thank you so much!!!! (I so wish I took before and after photos now!!)

We are so pleased we changed to Aquaman pool service last year. Our weekly service is always done on time with great communication. And a complete drain, acid wash, and refill and rebalance the chemicals is now underway with the same great service by experienced technicians. We appreciate the great service !

I hired Aquaman Pools on McQueen to troubleshoot my Polaris vacuum. I told Aquaman the wheels weren’t moving, and there were some leaks somewhere in the hose line. I needed to know why the wheels weren’t moving, if I needed to replace a hose and/or connectors, and how much the repair would cost. The scheduler assured me the technicians were well-versed with Polaris and could complete the requested service. Unfortunately, the technician would not tell me why the wheels were stuck, such as a rock or bearings issue. He also couldn’t tell me specifically what was leaking along the hose line or what needed to be replaced. I can only assume he did not even open up the vacuum to troubleshoot it, which is exactly what I asked them to do. Nor did he tell me the cost of repair. He only wanted to sell me a completely new vacuum. So I paid $150 for Aquaman to tell me exactly what I told them. I don’t know about their pool maintenance services, but I can’t recommend their pool repair services.

Working with Aquaman pools was an amazing experience. A huge shout out to Dustin who performed excellent work on site, and Sumner who was able to coordinate the entire experience flawlessly. This is a company who knows how to execute the entire pool repair experience. They use high quality parts, stand behind their work, and understand what it takes to earn a positive reputation.

This was a real service call that included replacing and installing the salt cell. The response was quick (here next morning), professional, and courteous. All is back running like new - thank you, Kristopher!

BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I have found an oasis in the desert! Laura, my customer service rep, did a great job of explaining my options to replace our broken pump. Worked to get me the best price on the pump we chose and assisted us with financing to help get our pool up and running ASAP. Branden the Service Technician that installed our new pump was top notch! Professional and courteous in every way. He explained how everything worked and answered any questions that we had. Great job! We also appreciated the follow up call from the Office Manager Sabrina the next day to see if we had any questions or if they could help us in any way! FANTASTIC! DON'T BE DISSAPPOINTED WITH YOUR POOL NEEDS...CALL AQUAMAN POOLS!!

I have used Aquaman pools for over 10 years. The customer service is fantastic and they are very prompt with answers and solutions. Their communication is excellent…they send pictures after each week’s pool maintenance appointment. Their techs have always been friendly and accommodating of my friendly, yet unruly dogs. There are no surprises with charges and changes to service, as they are very good with communicating any market fluctuations and pricing. They monitor issues and let me know if any non-routine maintenance that needs attention. This is one service I don’t question, as I haven’t had had a single negative experience in their over 500 visits to my home.

Excellent, dependable, consistent service every single week. Never a no show. Fix any issues they identify. If any issues arise with my equipment they send someone out promptly. I have used for 3 years and no complaints and Kona likes them as well!

My Paramount water valve needed repair & I contacted Aquaman Pools-East for quote. I was provided with a reasonable quote and more importantly, prompt response to complete the service. I appreciated that they didn't require a service fee. Devin, the service rep was punctual, professional, and efficient. Explained what was being done, warranty, and expected life expectancy of the project. Overall, I would not hesitate to utilize Aquaman Pools-East services again in the future.
