Aqua Pool Service did a great service with my pool last week. They are really performing their job with so time bound and expertise of their Technician. The office staffs (Customer Service) are very responsible and responsive as well. I will keep them for all my pool work with them for future services.

When I called Aquaman Pool Service was not random. It was because “ Aquaman Pool Service” was listed on my invoice that I got from a (Carl Venche) a pool guy that I hired to do some service on my pool. That guy did not fully complete the job.

He was supposed to return next day to complete the job and to give me a receipt of the $ I paid for the job he did but didn’t fully complete.

After 7 days he finally sent me my receipt. There was when I’ve noticed he claimed to be working for Aquaman Pool Service and that’s how I found Aquaman Pool Service.

The kind person I spoke to from the office on the east valley took the time and explained to me that the person I was looking for is not associated with Aquaman Pool Service company. He was kind to send me a person to look into the unfinished job that someone else left me with. And Dustin showed up. He fixed the problem and I cannot be more grateful to him and Aquaman Pool Service! Thank you Dustin!

I will definitely planning to call Aquaman Pool Service the north side the valley to service my pool. I couldn’t think of a better and honest pool service provider I can trust. BH:)

I've been using Aquaman for weekly service for just over a year now. I really appreciate their communication. A message when the tech is on the way -and- an email with the chemical levels and pictures of the site when he leaves. And if your usual tech won't make it, you get a message of why, who, and when someone will be out instead.

Shoutout to Jessica in the office for being awesome. She helped me navigate a problematic issue with a light recently. :)

Dustin was excellent! Not only did he do a great job repairing, but he also helped teach me better ways to maintain/repair the equipment myself.

Laura is extremely personable and knowledgeable about pool equipment. Just by a few photos she was able to talk me through how to work my fountain and make suggestions on how to move forward with our main drain. I haven't had any work done yet but I will recommend her 1000 percent!

We are very happy with our Aquaman weekly service, Kyle and Sean. Our pool looks sparkling clean and so inviting that you always want to jump in. The brushing, cleaning out baskets, and chemicals are perfect. Next time I'll add photos

If I could leave 10 starts I would. I had a whole load of kids down on Christmas and my pool heater quit. The staff got service guys out quickly and got us up and running.

I had 2 separate techs come out to add a timer box and then install a new pool pump.
Both notified me when they were on their way and arrived in a timely manner.
They were polite, respectful and all business as far as getting the job done.
In all, Aquaman Pool Service responded to my needs quickly and got the job done.
The jobs were not cheap but as they say, “you get what you pay for.”
