We needed a new pool pump installed and after looking around online and reading A LOT of reviews, we decided to give Aquaman a call. They were out here the next day, were very responsive via phone and text (my favorite). Jacob arrived on time and he was extremely polite and efficient. At one point while he was walking me through the features of the new pump in the hot sun, he even offered to go to his truck and get a shade umbrella for me (I was fine, but this is next level service). I am really glad we decided to work with Aquaman for this repair. Jacob and Aquaman exceeded our expectations.

They gave me a very reasonable price estimate and provided prompt service. Their tech, Jacob, was excellent and efficient. I would recommend to other homeowners! Thank you Aquaman pools!

Called Aquaman Pools based on their 4.7 Review rating, looking to see if they could help with a piece of pool equipment. Front office could not answer the question, but in quick stated they had a person could. Wow, I was patched into Amber, who supplied the part number in 5 seconds, and I was so impressed that I asked if they carried the parts, and if they could do the work and was looking for a reasonable price. Guys in less than 5”, Amber emailed me the quote, with also approve or not, which of course I did, and asked if she could get this done by Friday. Easy she said and within half hour, my repair will be done next day.
Our current pool service has been very challenging, so asked about their pool service, so Amber sent out a quote. My wife and I were so impressed with their detailed pool service, that we signed today.
Guys Amber is the Ritz Carlton of Aquaman Pool Services. There is no one better, so you all.
I told Amber if there was a 10 Star I would prefer that over a 5 Star.

They don’t listen to you when you say you don’t want something, continue to try to push product, and they did a backwash into our street multiple times in a row even after telling them not to do that and how to do it properly. I would not recommend them.

My pool turned green because the cleaning cycle stopped working. It was clean and clear within 2 days. Kristopher did a great job. Thank you for such great service!

Great service! I called on a Thursday spoke to Amber, she offered me two options, great communication turnaround and offered options for financing. Got an installation of a new pool pump on a Saturday morning. Dustin was on time and offered to answer any questions during and after the service call. Got a great deal and always great customer service. Loving our new pump and filter, and it all started with Aquaman East only doing our quarterly filter cleanings. Top notch customer service and friendly, quality techs. Look no further than Aquaman for your pool care needs!

Had my pond pump go out, these guys were out within 24hours and not only replaced my pump, reran some plumbing, cleaned up other plumbing, and replaced the check valve. Extremely clean install! Thank you again Dustin, my pond is running beautifully!

Where to start. Had this pool service for 2 years now. My invoices fluctuated monthly as expected due to chemicals and what not but when I signed up, my service was $125 a month. Over the pass few months, my bill has exceeded $200 plus. I have been trying to cancel my service for over a week I get transferred to a voicemail every time I call. Pool guy showed up today to clean the pool and I had to turn him a way cause the office didn’t communicate this to him. Unless they are billing you for something, good luck getting a hold of someone. Save your time, money and headaches and call another company.

Maybe I will get a call back now. Probably not.

I had Aquaman pools out to fix my pop-up mechanism which stopped working in 2019. They offered me two choices. I went with the one that we already had but they did have an upgrade for a little bit more. I also had my pool light replaced as I broke the cable with the electrical wires to the housing where the light bulb goes. Expensive mistake. Branden was very knowledgeable and polite. He explained what happened and was able to fix fairly quickly. I am very satisfied with the communication, the availability which was a quick turnaround two days. Many of the other companies over the years that I had asked to fix the pop-up mechanism were booked out for 2 weeks and never called me back. These guys are the real deal. Thanks Aquaman pools.

Your company was pretty good, ala of my personal interaction was great but evidently you set up an appointment for me and didn’t contact me or let me know. No big deal but would’ve liked better communication. That being said, then Kristopher came out… he was frickin’ awesome. He was obviously not trying to rush through the job (coming from a heavy equipment mechanic specialized in electrical over hydraulic applications) He really took the time to diagnose, understand, and communicate. Give him a raise.

Update: Aquaman pools- My review below was for Tropical Pools. I don’t want my good review I provided to Ian at Tropical to reflect the current service since under new owners, now is Aquaman
Aquaman has caused me alot of expense and never took care of my pool, neglected it in summer months. Then telling me I need to spend $980 for acid wash on my pool which is newer. Never told me what the issue was , I flew to Arizona to check on my pool and it was purple. Here are pics and how I had to fix all the issues they left condition of my pool in October 2024

Tropical waters pools rebuilt my pool a few years ago and have been servicing it for about 4 years now. It looks beautiful! They did an outstanding job.
They send a weekly report with pic of pool. I love this communication.

You found them, the only pool maintenance company you'll ever need. WOW, this is pool service!! These guys were amazing. They were very polite and professional. They took on this swamp of a pool, another company left us, and they immediately turned it around. They communicated very clearly what they did and what to expect in the future. They really took the time to get the pool cleaned, shocked, and functioning as it should be.
