I recently had the pleasure of working with this pool company, and I couldn’t be more impressed! Theo was incredibly professional and thorough when providing the pool services I needed. He took the time to explain everything and ensure I was completely satisfied with the work.

John also did an amazing job addressing some rust stains I had and replaced a few leaking seals, making my pool look and function like new again. The entire team was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient.

What really stood out to me was how fair their pricing was, especially considering the level of expertise and care they brought to the job. Overall, I highly recommend this company for anyone in need of pool services. Great people, great work, and great value!

We initially used Valley Pool Service to drain and refill our pool. We were very pleased with their services and our pool looked great. Then we needed a last minute cleaning because our daughter was having a pool party. I called Theo and he was able to get us on the schedule for a cleaning very quickly. They did an awesome job in cleaning our pool, including getting a dead bird out that had broken all apart from being in the water. Many of the other pool service companies that we have used in the past have spent less then a few minutes each time servicing our pool, but Valley Pool Services spent a good amount of time to ensure quality cleaning. We would definitely recommend this company for any pool services if you want quality service for reasonable prices.

I’m SO impressed with Valley Pool Service. We had our first service today and Theo was way more thorough than anyone we’ve had in the past. Our pool has a water/jumping feature which limits the ability to brush all the way around the pool. Theo actually climbed up and brushed the unreachable section! Thank you Theo!

So pleased with our pool cleaning! We had some bad stains and lots of calcium buildup. Tile was cleaned and pool was acid washed. Before and after pictures below.

Amazing service . John, the tech, was probably the friendliest pool guy I’ve ever met in my 20+ years of owning a pool. Super knowledgeable and helpful. Took time to explain some things to me about my system that I never knew. Told me exactly what the problem was and what needed to be done. Definitely, recommend calling these guys for any and all pool needs. Their saved in my phone now as my go to pool people . 👍🏻💪🏻

Valley Pool Service has been great for us. They respond quickly, do a thorough job, communicate well, and really watch out for us. They are very knowledgeable about pool systems and have the expertise to handle any issues that come up. Theo and his crew are best in class!

Theo guided me over the phone to fix my very poor spa jet problem. Ended up being old filters...I replaced with the new ones I had in garage...and bloody good show! That solved the problem.

I love our new pool company! We signed up for the weekly cleaning services. My pool is clean every week and they were able to fix the pool vacuum issues. The previous company couldn’t get it to work right. Now the pool floor stays sparkling clean! I’m so pleased!

I decided to inquire a recommendation from our neighborhood community Facebook page. It’s always great to find peer recommendations and support local businesses. Valley Pool Services did not disappoint - Theo, the owner, responded to my concern quickly and knowledgeably. Fortunately, Theo was able to honestly assess our pool predicament the next day. More so, we are new to our pool’s tech system, and Theo provided an excellent overview to ensure we felt comfortable operating our system. Priceless! We were able to schedule a pool filter cleaning the next day. Kassidy was our technician, and he arrived on time and worked diligently on cleaning our filters. I appreciated that Kassidy focused on the task and didn’t multitask by being on his phone with a personal call - he was very professional. After our filter cleaning, Theo made sure our pump was operating efficiently and optimally by assessing screenshots from our pool’s App. Theo provided before and after shots of our filters, and he also supports our future scheduling by setting reminders for us. Theo also provided insight on the lifespan of pool filters, the cost value, and scheduled maintenance. Valley Pool Services has your best interest in mind and has your back! We are so pleased with finding Theo and his business.

Awesome company! They do quality work. Never has my pool looked so good. They are conscientious, considerate, and communicative. They respond to concerns in a timely manner. They also supply pictures after each cleaning. I love that. I highly recommed them!

I’ve only been with Valley Pool for approximately a month. I’ve been with several pool companies in the last 18 years. I’m extremely happy with their weekly service and their ability to provide repairs. I’ve had John for my weekly service and he has done some repairs. John’s knowledge and expertise has been above and beyond! He never leaves a mess and does due diligence in trying to save the customers $. Thank you again John for a great repair!

We had a great experience with Valley Pool Service. Our pump went out and we weren’t sure what to do. They responded quickly, gave us a quote, and replaced our equipment. The owner even came back the next day when it was convenient for me to explain how the new pump works and answer some of my newer pool owner questions. Would definitely recommend them!

Valley Pool Service has been servicing my pool for almost 4 years now. This company is very trustworthy and thorough. The monthly pool service charge is a fair price and comparable to other companies. They communicate through text messages and emails once they begin and end a job. The owner is very responsive, kind and knowledgeable. I have recommended this company to friends and neighbors.

Customer service exceeds all other pool companies in this area. I called and they quickly scheduled the service due to black algae outbreak in my pool. It was to the point my pool needed to be drained, pressured washed, and chemically cleaned. Valley Pool service did all of this within a three day period and at very reasonable price. Their price was significantly under the three other companies I called for the same service! Highly recommend.

With all the dust storms this summer, our pool had some algae issues. It was also due for a drain and clean. I called several companies to get an estimate. Price-wise, Valley Pool Svc was competitive, but their knowledge, experience and professionalism was at the top, so we went with them.

John was the service tech that did our pool. He has 25+ yrs experience, so I wasn't surprised at how knowledgeable he was. What set him apart was his efficiency, attention to detail and the patient, kind way he explained things whenever I had a question.

*Side note: We're relatively new to pool ownership. We had a different company doing the weekly cleaning in the past. Felt like they cleaned the pool with their eyes closed. We were paying a lot for next to nothing, so now I ask questions.

Whatever process John was doing was so neat, clean and thorough, I forgot he was even there. We were just left with a sparkling clean, completely dialed-in pool.

I called Valley Pool Service to get a quote for a complete replacement of my old pool pump and filter. I am not exaggerating when I say Theo called me back within a few minutes of submitting the request form. It became quickly clear to me that I was going to choose this company for the job. Theo took the time to explain what was needed and the options and what the cost would be. I called three different companies for quotes and his fees were the most competitive. Theo came by my house a couple of days after our phone conversation and confirmed the quote he gave me over the phone. I reserved an install time two days later, which was perfect for me. By this time my equipment had failed so I needed the work done ASAP. On the appointment day, I met the installer, John. He was on time, professional and extremely friendly. He assured me that he would take care of the install and get me back in running as soon as he could. He was true to his word. Once the job was completed, John took the time to explain how the new system works and answered all of my questions. He didn't rush me or make it seem like he couldn't be bothered. It has been three days since the install and my pool has never looked more clean and clear. It is refreshing to find a company that follows through on their promise and delivers the customer service they promote. I highly recommend Valley Pool Service for any and all pool services you may need.
