I called Valley Pool Service because my pool pump was surging and ingesting air. They were at my house within 20 minutes and found a small issue that was fixed within minutes. Given the age of my pump, I thought I was going to be spending $1,000s and instead it was very minor and quick. Will definitely call them the next time I need a repair!

I started using Valley Pool as a recommendation through the local FB group, and so far I’m very pleased. It was an expensive start because the previous pool company neglected my pool for so long, but they got my pool looking nice and clean again.

Absolutely the best when it comes to taking care of your pool. We live out of state part time and needed someone that would not only keep the pool chemicals balanced but make sure everything was in constant working order. Theo and his crew are always on time and communicate with us when there is a problem with the pool that needs to be addressed. Theo was amazing! My fiancé and I are new to pools and our pool turned from sparkly clean to so murky and dirty almost over night and we couldn’t figure out why. We noticed our skimmer wasn’t pulling any water in and tried everything google and YouTube had to offer. We finally called around to get a tech out to figure out what was going on. Multiple calls to different pool companies, no techs were available for about a week. I called Valley Pool Service and spoke with Theo, he had me send him a picture of our pool and our system and he diagnosed the problem immediately! He walked me through turning a valve in the right direction over the phone and everything went back to normal! I couldn’t believe it was so simple. Our pool cleared up in a day!
