This company has saved my family from a flood that covered 1/2 my house with mud! They came out the same day and got to work! Cleaned up the mud and got the fans running! So thankful!

Our dryer vent was done incorrectly by a previous installation company and we had lint essentially being blown into our wall. This company went above and beyond, showed up shortly after calling them and redid our whole vent and our dry wall.

Contacted A1 because it was taking 3 cycles to dry our clothes. I knew the dryer did not need to be replaced but was concerned about lint blockage. Steve showed up on time and explained everything he was going to do. What a great experience. He removed way more lint than I was expecting, and even checked all other exhaust outlets on the roof. No upsell tactics and he even replaced our 4 inch exhaust hose. Now our clothes dry in 1 cycle, but most importantly, my wife is happy! --

We chose A1 because of the great reviews and weren't disappointed at all! It was late Friday night when we realized the dryer wasn't venting properly, so I called A1 first thing Saturday morning. Jim was able to fit us in for his last appointment that day so we could have our dryer back. Very friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced for how bad our vent system was. Excellent service!

Had another company that came out and did an initial assessment but wouldn’t complete the work because the lint in the vent was wet. The company was supposed to come back and do the cleaning but never came at the scheduled time. I put in a request for service and Steve called about 30 minutes later and scheduled me for later in the afternoon.

He was able to get it cleaned and for about $45 less than what the other company quoted. Would definitely recommend!!

Thankfully we found A1 Dryer Vent cleaning to come out and clean out our vent. We had another company come out earlier and they did not go on the roof to finish the job. They said they had a guarantee that if it wasn’t fixed to call them and they would come out again - we’ll we called and we couldn’t get a hold of them.
We called Jim at A1 and he came out and took before and after pictures and shortened our hose to the vent opening from the dryer and it was fixed. He is very busy and I can see why. A1 will definitely be who we call to clean yearly. Very happy with their performance.

I called A1 Dryer Vent cleaning based on google reviews and they were not wrong- Jim was on time, professional, personable, and incredibly efficient. He also took great care in explaining everything to me; I always appreciate when someone is willing to take the time to explain what the issue is, how things work, etc. I especially appreciated the before and after photos of my dryer vent from the top of my roof so I could see the issue for myself. My laundry now dries in a fraction of the time that it had been prior- no more having to restart my drier 2 to 3 times for one load of laundry! I highly reccomend A1!

Jim Warren, owner of A1 Dryer Vent Cleaning did an expert job. He was professional, extremely competent, on-time and enthusiastically explained each step in the cleaning process. He took great care in moving my dryer in a fashion that would not mark up my tile and fully cleaned up the area when he completed the job. Highly recommend!

Steve was great! Arrived on time, explained the process, finished in about 40 minutes and price was very reasonable. Showed me photos of the before and after which was great. I also really appreciate when companies don’t try to upsell you on more services/products when you don’t ask. Highly recommend and will definitely use again!
