I utilized Pelican pools to help upgrade an incredibly out of date pump and filter system that was just not up to the task of taking care of the pool in my new home.

They were able to replace the plumbing and install the new equipment within a few hours.

Drew and Eric cleaned my pool multiple times now. They are both extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I had some issues with my spa that they were able to take care of quickly at a reasonable cost. I will definitely be using them in the future for my pool needs.

Had a great experience with Pelican. We were having some issues with keeping our pool blue, they were happy to come in and do a contactless service. Advised us of what was wrong and got the problem fixed quickly. We’ll definitely use them again in the future!

These guys were a pleasure to work with. I inherited a broken saltwater system (salt cell, circuit breaker, and a burned out board in the main panel, along with some leaky plumbing) with my new house and these guys went above and beyond to get the repairs done quickly and affordably. Great experience with Drew in helping to select a pump, and nicely installed by Eric. Excellent price and they are authorized installers. My new Pentair Intelliflo is amazingly quiet. Had a small problem a month later when pump stopped working and showed an electrical alarm warning. Drew came out, inspected the pump and found a faulty wire electrical connection that wasn't their fault. Drew was able to easily fix the connection issue and saved me an expensive call to an electrician. Definitely went above and beyond. I definitely recommend Pelican Pools.

From start to finish my experience with Eric and Drew at Pelican Pools has been outstanding! Through Thumbtack I put in a request for a quote to 5 Pool professionals. Pelican responded almost immediately. I did not receive a response from the other 4. Due to the lack of response, I did solicit quotes independently from 3 other contractors and did get an estimate by email from one.
In the meantime I worked with Eric to arrange a visit to my home and inspect the job. He was able to give me a very competitive bid right on the spot and I had my job scheduled officially with in a couple of hours. They were able to complete my job within just a few days!
I received an only estimate from Drew and on the day of the job both Drew and Eric showed up right on time! They were able to complete the initial scope of work very quickly. They pointed out a few concerns to me and after discussion we decided to add to the work to address the other items. I quickly received an updated quote.
Eric then was able to complete the job quickly, efficiently, and was incredibly friendly!
I will definitely be using Pelican Pools for my future pool maintenance needs!

Pelican Pools was fantastic. I had my pool/spa heater stop working so I gave Pelican Pools a call to schedule an appointment. They were able to come out the very next morning, diagnose the problem, and had it working within an hour. Andrew and Dave were on-time and very professional. I am very satisfied with what is essentially a NEW pool. I started with a neglected pool, lots of mold, and DE coming from broken equipment - all thanks to a pool company that let things go. Your work was efficient and the session with Trevor explaining the equipment and settings at the end was very much appreciated. Even more so that I can now control everything and check status of the pool from my iPhone! Thank you for your excellent work. I can once again enjoy sparkling water and working new equipment.

Loyal customer for 3+ years despite them raising their prices yearly. I had been mostly worry free and satisfied with the services provide so I didn’t want to risk degrading the quality of my pool for a small savings.

The usual tech who handled my route must’ve moved on and his replacement was very unprofessional and lacked the expected service quality. When I addressed my concern over a span of a month, the team was in-responsive and shifted blame towards me saying I needed new filters. They had just been replaced 2 months prior based on their recommendation. It goes to show that they had no awareness of my property. They must’ve not liked that I pushed back at the problem rather than throwing more money at it.

As of today, I’ve learned I’m no longer on their route. This is a conversation I initiated after coming home and finding my pool was still dirty and no one came by to clean it. No warning about the discontinuation of service.
That’s puts my pool at 2 weeks without a cleaning even though I paid them the way. I normally would.

Homeowners beware. Take your hard earned money elsewhere.

Great price on a quality variable speed pump. They were quick to send out a quote and quick to schedule the installation. I sent them pictures of everything so the quote was done remotely which I thought was cool. The tech Trevor was in and out quickly. Ran me through the pump function and answered my questions. I would highly recommend Pelican Pools.

FANTASTIC! After our completely miserable and useless home warranty company, 2-10 Home Buyers Warranty, left us dead in the water and without a pool for the Fourth of July weekend in Phoenix in 110 degree weather, Pelican Pools swooped in to the rescue. They replaced our broken filter that blew a monumental amount of sand into the pool, replaced the broken pump that overheated and died due to the broken filter the warranty company failed to fix properly, replaced the old and worn out vacuum and restored our pool to sparkling clean and ready for swimming in the blink of an eye. Completely professional service from beginning to end, Eric took the time to explain the different products and allowed us to make the decisions that were right for us. He checked in throughout the process and made sure we were happy with the service. The install went well, they thoroughly cleaned up like they were never there. Excellent communication and service.
