The Pelican team responded quickly to my call, arrived when promised, and efficiently replaced my backwash valve. They also examined the system for leaks and offered suggestions on how to improve the filter performance. Great communications. Solid work ethic. Highly recommended.

I've used Pelican Pools now for over a year so think it's time to give them a review! We bought a house and were referred to them by the previous owners. We are on their weekly pool service plan, and you have no idea how GREAT it is to just walk outside and jump in the pool. They are dependable and my pool has never had an issue (knock on wood). It always looks beautiful, and I love how they take the time to give me a quick lesson here and there (pool vacuum question, how to turn on the water feature, how to do a quick clean, etc.). NOTE: I did take their "pool school" but I am now so spoiled by them coming out weekly that I forget everything I learned. I love the fact that they are a small family-owned company, you do not feel like just a number. If you need a reliable pool service company, Pelican Pools should be your first call. Highly recommended.

Pelican was awesome! The communication was great, all of the crews did great work, and they promptly addressed and rectified any concern areas for which there were only a couple. 100% satisfied with every aspect of our pool remodel and would highly recommend!

Awesome customer service. Had a new pump installed 3 years ago and was having an issue with it lately. Pelican pools came out and diagnosed the issue no charge. Their quote to repair actually came out cheaper than me getting the parts from Leslie's and replacing myself. Unfortunately for me I had already replaced the parts before seeing the quote.

I’ve used a few pool companies over the course of my 15 years in the valley. I always felt like it was a waste of money because it’s something I can typically do myself. But on the recommendation of somebody else, I decided to use Pelican and I’m so glad I did!

They got my pool ready for winter after doing a deep clean on the tile. They were even able to fix my filter that’s been giving me issues for about six months in under an hour! My pool has honestly never looked better and their rates are very reasonable. I got to chatting with the guys a little bit and I’m so glad I gave my money to a smaller business that actually cares about the finished product. Don’t hesitate to use them for your pool!!

We hired Pelican Pools to have a number of different issues resolved including the upgrade of our automation, change of spa and pool lights, replace spa blower, etc. Their professionalism and attention to detail is the best I’ve seen in the pool business. They are quick to respond to any questions and concerns and I will definitely be using them for any future pool concerns!

These guys showed up and did great work. I had a lot of small repairs and items that needed to be repaired. Getting ready to sell my house they were in and out of there in a few hours very professional new product real pleasure to work with such a bunch of guys and company pelican pools I would highly recommend them.

Had a pool pump stop working, and my normal pool guy immediately blamed a failed motor in the pump, despite it only being 2 years old and gave me a large quote to replace. I called Pelican for a second opinion and rather than just push new hardware, they did their due diligence to pinpoint the problem.They figured out that not enough power was being supplied to the pool panel and it ended being a bad breaker that was supplying too little voltage for the pump to operate. One new breaker later and I am back up and running. Thanks Pelican for being good people and not just pushing products.

This is a review of work performed in November of last year. I wanted to point out some things which made my experience with Pelican Pools exceptional. I literally contacted Pelican Pools on a Thursday about resurfacing my pool to having the pool completely resurfaced and ready to go by Thursday of the next week. That was a week turnaround from my initial inquiry!

What made me chose them was:
* Two people came out and didn't just roll in and leave and send me an estimate. They spoke with me and then they showed me the different color options for the mini-pebble we ended up getting.
* Their availability to start working on the project immediately. There was little to no waiting and it was completed in a week!
* Their pricing was competitive.

At the end of the day, they hustled and made us feel like we were a priority for them. We worked directly with Tyson BTW.

Shain has been excellent, has looked after our pool for 8 years now. He is very attentive and helpful. Would highly recommend.
