Steve was professional, friendly, and easy to work with. He worked so hard making sure our vent was cleaned properly and working efficiently. Our vent ended up proving to be quite difficult and had a large blockage. Steve was persistent and determined to get it cleared and after several attempts, he was able to get the line completely open. Our dryer has never worked better and I’m so grateful I won’t have to run it 3 times to get a load completely dry. Will definitely be giving them a call in 2 years to get it cleaned again. Thank you Steve!!

I highly recommend this business! We had someone come out and "clean" our dryer vent. The next day the dryer kept giving us an error message to check vent and smelled like something was burning. Long story short I ended up calling A1 Dryer Vent Cleaning and explained my "emergency", and Steve was able to fit me in the same day! He cleared the vent that was full of stuff to the point of a fire hazard. So grateful. Steve was not only accommodating, but very professional and friendly. Plus, they are reasonably priced. He didn't even charge extra for my "emergency"! Can't say enough about this company. We will use them from now on!

Absolutely fantastic!!! Jim came out for a routine cleaning today. Our clothes were taking a long time to dry and it had been about 4 years since we last had the vents cleaned. Jim was on time and very professional. He diagnosed an issue with the vent where it exits the roof and fixed it right away, at a very reasonable price. It was an installation issue when the house was built, but never fixed, even with another company that came out 4 years ago. Jim knows his stuff and he is now our "go to" guy for all dryer and vent issues.

This man is a professional. Not just at getting vents as clean or cleaner than when they were installed, but in how he interacts with his customers. He provides good preventative maintenance at a fair price, and does so with minimal impact. He provides timely and relevant updates while completing the tasks necessary.

We had Mr Jim Warren come to clean out our Dryer Vent last Week and he did a fantastic job. He explained what air capacity our dryer vent was at and even showed us pictures of before and after he was through cleaning. We were always worried that it was a potential fire hazard but seeing the pictures after wards gave us piece of mind that that would not happen now. I am writing today to let my neighbors know the excellent service A1 Dryer Vent Cleaning recently gave me.
I found my electric clothes dryer would not work after I vacuumed under the lint screen, something I do every 6 months or so. After I was done vacuuming I tried to start the dryer to see if it worked more efficiently, but it would not start and I was baffled since it worked just an hour before I stated to vacuum. I then pulled the dryer out to check the back and found a LOT of lint on the floor, and when I touched the inside of the exhaust hose where it vented to the outside, the whole connection and hose broke off. I quickly saw any repair was beyond me.
Steve, our repairman from A1 dryer vent cleaning, cam on time and cleaned out our dryer, and in doing so found 2 small plastic vacuum pieces stuck between the fan and dryer wall that stopped the machine from starting He then removed these small plastic pieces and replaced the outdated venting system both inside and out and now my dryer works fine, with a much better exhaust system and a cooler operating machine. Steve also, at my request replaced two 4 year old washing machine hoses.
Steve is a caring repairman who shows great patience and a commitment to doing his job correctly and neatly.

They arrived on time, friendly and efficient. Unbeknownst to any of us, the dryer vents had issues because we had a house guest that decided to crawl in and nest in the dryer vent and live in our laundry room. Steve was a true pro!! Working on trying to get the mouse outside. He was patient and took on the task. He DID NOT say he would schedule a return after we took care of the problem. Not his training or profession or why he came, but he took care of it anyway!! He did fabulous work replacing and cleaning vents and insuring the work was done perfectly! Then, he cleaned and disinfected the feces behind the washer/dryer, and foamed in the outside wall to make sure we had no more future houseguests. He was friendly the whole time. When I got the bill I fully expected some additional charges for his out of his responsibility work and the double time spent. Knowing there would be a difference - I was very taken aback at the total bill!! Nothing was added!! Wow!! Companies like this don’t exist anymore. Until A1came out! They will definitely be scheduled to take care of our Air Ducts. Awesome work, professional, and extremely fair pricing!!

I'm very happy to have chosen this company to clean my dryer vent. Jim was very responsive when I called and we were able to set up a time pretty quickly. He even offered to replace dryer vent cap if needed.
He is also very honest, and when he checked, he saw I didn't need a dryer vent replaced.
He gave helpful advice and answered some of my questions too while he worked. Dryer vent cleaning didn't take too long with Jim's tools- maybe 20 min (?)

I don’t usually review people, but I was so impressed with my service. He was punctual, communicative from the start. Explained everything he did in detail and how he corrected the problem that my last air vent dryer service created. Honest!! Steve came to our house today to clean out our dryer vent and was SO pleasant to deal with!! He explained every part of the process and was really thorough as well as knowledgeable. I called to get the vent tube reconnected to the new dryer and Steve did an excellent job, inspecting vent to make sure it was still clean and professionally reconnecting the vent to the dryer.

I highly recommend this company! Steve came out and cleaned our dryer vent and dryer. He went above and beyond what was asked and informed us of some important repair issues that need to be performed. These were not repairs that he could do or benefit from financially in any way. He was just giving good customer service! He did not up charge us for anything- He charged exactly what he quoted over the phone even though it took longer and was more complicated than most calls. Texted A1 for a dryer vent that has likely never been cleaned and they were responsive with their next availabilities. Jim was at our house the next day and had to go above and beyond his normal service to clean out the impacted dryer duct. He was courteous, professional, and showed my wife the difference in before and after with a flow test. Night and day difference. Can't recommend Jim & A1 enough.

Jim from A1 was amazing! He was on time, professional, and tackled a severe buildup in a new to me rental efficiently. He explained everything he did, showed me pictures of the before and after, and let me know what to look for in the future if things start to have issues. I would highly recommend A1.
