Ramon and his Crew did a fantastic job on my Tile flooring after I had a renovation done and my contractors were not the best at cleaning up or laying down plastic during it.
Night and day difference on the tile and Ramon personally cam to my place and did a sample area for me to see prior to me approving price and scope of work. This day and age where it is get in and get out and move on Mustang Cleaning took their time and explained all the options for me and the actual work of cleaning was done with professionalism to at T!
I would recommend them to anyone looking for the small business and personal touch for a cleaning service.

We had some mediocre to bad results with previous carpet cleaners. Although our carpet is rather new within the last 2 years, we had some pet stains and high traffic stains that were persistent. I got the referral for Mustang Carpet Care from our Nextdoor App. Ramon came and gave us an estimate and felt sure he could get our carpet looking almost new. Well I would like to say we are very happy and amazed with the results! It’s been almost 2 weeks and the stains have not reappeared! I have been using Mustang for many years. Recently I moved into a rental home that was in dire need of carpet cleaning. Ramon and his crew responded quickly and were able to salvage carpet that should have been replaced. They took photos and documented the progress and were upfront about the work, expectations and cost. Mustang always completes the job with great pride and care for my property. The detail is right down to the corner guards they use to protect the paint from the hoses. Great job guys, you once again have proven why I always use and recommend your services!!

Roman and Justin totally know their stuff! They did my tile and grout one day and came back the next day and did my carpet!! They are so professional and explain everything in their processes. Ramon and his son were amazing. Just hired them to clean carpets in a rental we bought in Chandler and we couldn't be happier. Ramon explained everything and was prompt, courteous, witty, and professional. His son was very polite as well. It's wonderful to still be able to interact with the owner and support a local family business. I didn't think the carpets were that dirty, I was mostly concerned with a pet stain from the prior homeowner but wow, when I saw all the carpeting clean I couldn't believe how good it looked. I absolutely recommend and will use Mustang again in the future.

Ramon, and the team were incredible. I just moved into a new home that needed a deep cleaning so that I can move my family in. I called them and they’re willing to help same day with nothing but smiles and a positive attitude. The carpets came out amazing with super deep stains from the family that lived here before there was markers, etc., and everything came out, I would use them 100 times over and plan on using them again in the future they are super professional and friendly and I felt very comfortable allowing them into my home we even had some paint stains on the tile that they were able to get out and they helped us with every question we had I would give them 10 stars if I could thank you again

I have used several Tile and Grout Cleaning companies and they did not even come close to the perfect results that I received from Mustang carpet and tile cleaning. I will be a forever customer. The attention to detail was outstanding. This post would be 10,000 words long if I wrote everything that they did to ensure perfection. They scrubbed every grout line and piece of tile with brushes prior to using the machines they put down floor protection across my hardwood floors where their hoses would be, and they put down special corner and wall protection to make sure their hoses did not damage my paint that is just a small list of their exceptional service. Do not hesitate to hire this company.

After extensive research, we went with Mustang carpet and tile cleaning due to their great customer service and boy are we glad we did!!
They cleaned all tile, grout, and carpet in our home and they did an amazing job! Our baby is now crawling so we needed everything nice and clean. We’re seriously impressed with how amazing our tile looks now and how fluffy our carpet is again! We will definitely work with them again in the future, 10/10!

After moving in to our house we had Mustang Carpet & Tile Cleaning come out and clean our tiles. We had cleaned them ourselves prior to moving in our things, but the amount of dirt and grease that Mustang was able to get out was amazing. Our floors were brighter and our grout looked so much cleaner. By the time they left, it actually looked like we had new floors. Would highly recommend Mustang Carpet & Tile Cleaning! Their entire crew was friendly and helpful throughout the process. The initial booking process was very easy - as it is a family-run business - they answered the phone immediately and was a very personable experience. The carpets came out looking like new and had a uniform clean finish throughout - including removing some pet and water stains from a roof leak - and made the high-traffic areas look good as new. They also salvaged an area rug that we were about to throw away and allowed us to keep that to our new house in like-new condition. Overall, this was a great experience from start to finish, with a great end result. We will definitely do business with them again, and highly recommend to anyone, especially folks looking to work directly with a local business!

Recommend 10/10. They were able to accommodate our schedules and have our carpets cleaned within 2 days of reaching out to them. We have carpets that have survived several dogs. Mustang worked their magic and our carpets look and smell brand new. Awesome people, great company!
