From the walk through to get our estimate, Ramon was very knowledgeable, kind and understanding of our budget. On the day of cleaning he explained the process as to where the team would start and proceed through our home.

Absolute great guys and service. Had them clean and treat our carpets and they were done earlier than expected. They came recommended by neighbors that are very particular. They use kid/pet friendly products which left no soap residue and carpets look and feel like new. Very polite and hard working team. Would definitely recommend.

Let me begin by saying, you get what you pay for. I know that sounds cliche, but it holds a lot of truth. We bought new carpet about three years ago (spending $10,000) so we want to keep it nice. I've used several other carpet cleaning companies over the years (Zerorez, ClearCo, and a few others that I cannot recall). While I wasn't disappointed with the others, I wasn't impressed. In fact, Zerorez sent only one guy out and it took him all of 45 minutes to do my entire home, with stairs! I new the carpet wasn't clean. This time, I did my research, and....gulp...spent some money doing it the right way. Mustang was my choice and I knew I was taking a risk by spending TWICE what I would have normally spent, but, as I said above, you get what you pay for. I wasn't interested in a company that just came out to do some "steam extraction". I've had that in the past and it left me feeling "dirty" after just a couple of months. Mustang actually brushed the carpet. They vacuumed, then they pretreated, then they scrubbed, then they steamed and then they extracted and raked. They sent three guys (one of which was the owner) and it took them 2-1/2 hours to do my home. So, yes, I know it's clean. And the difference is awesome! I will definitely be using their services again. Were they pricey? Yeah, a bit. But when I compared them with the service that I received from the other companies, it was no-contest. Hands-down I'd use Mustang again. And they cleaned the tile floors before they left (not scrubbed, just cleaned up after themselves)!! Don't settle for mediocrity. Listen, I'm a cheap-o. I like to save money where I can, but I will NOT be compromising when it comes to cleaning my carpets ever again. I give this review as a public service announcement. If you are planning on selling your house and you need your carpets cleaned....be careful if you use Mustang. You will likely decide not to sell your house after all. :)

I love this pool service! They are efficient, and always on time. I really appreciate their attention to detail and going the extra mile by coming in for an emergency cleaning before a big party I was having. Their pricing is also really good for the area, I’m so glad I found them.

We have been using Garry for weekly pool service for the past year and a half and have been very happy. He is very knowledgeable and reliable. And both he and Alexis are quick to respond to messages. I highly recommend him.

The Perfect Clean did a really great job cleaning my home. The thing I love most though, is how great their communication is with when they will arrive, asking if you have concerns, & when they leave.

I will say, it wasn’t “perfect.” There were a few wipe marks I could see, & some things that didn’t get wiped like they needed to. Getting a house perfectly clean is hard, but if your name is “The Perfect Clean,” then you really need to pay attention to those details. I would have them clean again, but I would make sure to mention those things.

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM DO NOT USE.
Paid $500 for a premium deep clean with which they provided a checklist of everything that would be included.
It was supposed to be a 4-5 hour clean. They left after 2 hours and did not do more than half of what was on the list - even my floors were still dirty which should be basic.
Dressers were not even dusted or wiped off. After sending photos they agreed I did not receive the deep clean that I paid for. They scheduled a re-service and no one showed up. Scheduled another re-service and show up over an hour late and I had to leave. I offered to pay for the basic clean that I received but felt I should be refunded for the deep clean that I did not receive. They refuse to refund or comeback and actually perform the deep clean that I paid them for. Also no one that works for them speaks English and they text you when they arrive that if you need to communicate with them text them to translate. It is all absurd and the worst customer service experience I have ever had. HIGHLY do not recommend wasting your time and money.

Wow! Paola and Lisbeth “Team 7” were really amazing. They were very nice and friendly, and seemed to really enjoy each other. I had to run to a meeting and left them to do their thing and I came home and was very impressed. Even the dogs bed and toys were sitting cute on the couch! They also left me a nice note with the thank you card. I hope they come back next month!

This was our second time using The Perfect Clean for our home. We have been very satisfied with their work. They arrive in a timely manner, and do a thorough job, even double checking that they have done everything to your specifications. They are a bit more expensive than our former house cleaners, but as they say, you get what you pay for. We plan to use them again!
