I had such a great experience with this company. My pool was cloudy for a few weeks and I tried almost everything to clear it up. Instead of potentially charging me hundreds of dollars Sam changed my vacuum speed/percentage and my pool was cleared by the next day. He also showed me how to work my system more efficiently and change a broken O ring that I had no idea needed changing, all at a very reasonable price.

Excellent service, we are very happy with how clean the pool is ! Pool Rescuers is also very quick to respond to questions and very knowledgeable to provide advice on a wide range of pool questions and problems.

Samuel does our weekly pool cleaning. When we first started my pool was green, he cleared it out overnight. We could see results 4 hours after his visit and the next morning clear, then as a courtesy he came and cleaned our filters as well. He always has time for questions we have obtained so much knowledge we can now "balance" the pool ourselves but we still choose to have this company maintain it. You cannot beat an honest and ethical tech, Thank you Samuel.

Great experience. we had a salt system installed. I really don't know how it works but Samuel took the time to explain it to me and answered my questions over and over. Essentially we put salt in the pool and then there is a converter that makes water turn into chlorine.

Samuel wasn't pushy at all he let us lead the conversation and gave us an overload of information making it clear a salt system is convenient not necessary. We ultimately decided to get the system installed, Samuel was quick, his work is nice and clean. I highly recommend this company, for any installs ask for Samuel.

I have used Pool Rescuers for the past 4 years and I absolutely love them. They come on a weekly basis to my home in Gilbert, AZ and keep it clean and sparkling; at an excellent monthly price. I couldn't be happier. I'm in the process of buying a new home in Tempe, AZ and I will be taking Pool Rescuers with me to manage the care of the pool at my new home :) Whenever I need them, they are there right away. My technician Paul is the best!!! He is always very friendly and personable and puts up with my very annoying dog, who loves to pester him while he is cleaning our pool. I'm a Realtor in Chandler and I just got into the business of flipping houses in the east valley and bought a house with a green pool that's been sitting for months. I called Pool Rescuers and on a Monday and told them I needed the job done before Thursday, because I scheduled for pictures to be taken then. They were able to accommodate my request and started the job on Tuesday. Ryan (the owner) and Sam the head Technician drained the pool and did an acid wash on Tuesday. They were very professional and nice to talk to. They knew exactly what they were doing and what they needed to get the job done. They filled the pool up and fixed the pump to make sure the pool wouldn't go green again. The amount of compliments I got on the pool was great and the house sold very quickly. I highly recommend this company to anyone in the east valley. They were priced reasonably and able to fit me in to their busy schedule. Thanks Pool Rescuers!

I love working with this team! Paul is our pool guy and he does an amazing job every week! Not only does he do a great job, but so does the rest of the team. I get my invoice plenty of time in advance, they may it easy to pay online, and anytime i have a question they respond very quickly!! Their prices are definitely competitive and better than most.
