If 0/5 stars was an option, that is what I would go with. This place is a scam. Don’t trust their text messages trying to get you to sign up for service. We were planning on getting the standard clean for six months and the Initial cleaning was supposed to be a deep clean as promised. We have a 5 bed 3 bath 2 story house and they were done in less than one hour. The crew said it was marked down as a standard cleaning, and even if it was, it was poor at best. We called to figure out why we had miscommunication, and it was very clear that it was a scam. When trying to cancel, they wanted to charge us a cancellation fee of $250. The (Not So) Perfect Clean is a JOKE and a SCAM. Avoids these guys!!!

So happy we decided to hire Perfect Clean to clean our house! Jaena and Paula M. did a wonderful and thorough job. We had not had our house professionally cleaned since we bought it and it so needed it. Our house feels and smells so clean. They were responsive and quick to correct any areas of concern. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience with Perfect Clean and are very grateful for the job they did!

“Do not call The Perfect Clean for a move out service. They were recommended to me by the company who cleans our floors for a full service clean but that is not what I received. I called and specifically asked if they would clean our appliances, walls and windows. They said that the move out deep clean would be exactly those things. It was a “top to bottom” clean. The only change I made was that I asked that they do not clean the inside of cabinets or fridge. Reiterating that the baseboards, walls, and windows were the focus. They again said they had noted all my request and we scheduled services.

I received two confirmation text and communicated door entry codes and verified that we would not need to be present for the clean and all
Communication could be done remotely. They agreed. The day of the clean I received text informing me that the cleaners had arrived and asked what the focus should be. I again said that my biggest concern was the baseboards and windows. I then received a call to inform me that they do not clean windows and that they “reviewed the call and confirmed that I never asked about windows” the account manager was very rude and lied about the communications we had had. He said I never requested window cleaning, that I never told them I would not be present for the clean, and that a detailed list of services were sent to me and that I had signed to agree to them. None of which was true. I then requested detailed photos of the clean before payment was collected to which they agreed. I got limited photos an hour after the clean was completed and was charged before the clean was completed. When my representative went in to inspect the house later that evening we found a rudimentary clean was done. The walls and baseboards were not deep cleaned and the appliances still have a film of grease on them.

Terrible customer service. Mediocre clean. Do not hire for deep cleaning services. They are a scam.”

I’m not one to leave a poor review but I unfortunately did not have a great experience with this company. I’ve never had my home cleaned before and they were running a special, so I decided to try. I didn’t know paying half meant getting half the job done. There were areas that were very visible that were not dusted (shelves, baseboards), I didn’t go looking for it but it was apparent. I have a camera in my baby’s room and they didn’t even run the vacuum over his rug that takes up almost the whole room. Didn’t even touch the downstairs bedroom. I shouldn’t have had to be on my hands and knees or vacuuming immediately after the cleaners leaving. I also saw on the front door camera that they were walking outside in the booties then coming back inside - what’s the point of that? I also expected for a “deep clean”, to have a better mopping system and not just a Swiffer - I could have done that myself. They also used air fresheners in almost every room when I specifically asked them not to, that left me with a migraine all night. Overall would not use them again. Mentioned all of this to them yesterday and still have not received a follow up. Don’t trust the local influencers out there who rave about this place - they probably just got it done for free.

We signed up for the premium package and it was well worth it! The whole house looked and smelled clean; and all of the baseboards and bathrooms were spotless! I have 2 girls (3 and 5) and the cleaners were so understanding and polite to them.

I had my first house cleaning done by the perfect clean and I was SO impressed. The Perfect Clean truly lives up to their name! Our home has never looked or smelled better. The team is professional, thorough, and always goes above and beyond. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for a spotless, worry-free clean!

I've had two cleanings now - different cleaning crews each time. This last time seemed like a trainee team. If anything, they did an even better job than the first crew - possibly because a supervisor was directing and monitoring them.
The company uses convenient automation so I can track the arrival of my cleaning crew day of, send them a tip online after (I make sure I have cash on hand). A real person checks in via text to make sure the cleaning crew has any specific instructions from me.

It's been hard to find good, consistent cleaners and my first time using a company rather than a word of mouth referral for an individual. So far so good. If I get the perfect crew, I might consider increasing the frequency of cleanings so I can get them assigned to me regularly.

And yes, the air fresheners they leave you smell lovely 😊

I have had multiple experiences with The Perfect Clean. I first hired them to do a deep clean in our new home before we moved in. I was so impressed that I hired them a few more times to clean our vacation home in anticipation of our arrival(s). Now that we are living in the home full time, I have hired them to clean regularly. I love the little, unique touches that they leave behind such as the air fresheners, bows on my paper towel & toilet rolls, and the lines they leave in my carpet and fabric furniture. I love the texts I receive pre, post and during cleaning..checking to see if there is anything different I'd like done or added to the service. Looking forward to a long relationship with the company!

The Perfect Clean absolutely exceeded our expectations! We booked them for a move-out clean and were blown away by the results. The place looked better than when we moved in. Every corner, every surface, every detail was spotless — from the baseboards and blinds to the oven, fridge, and floors. You could tell they really took their time and cared about the outcome.

They were on time, professional, and so easy to communicate with throughout the whole process. Our landlord even commented on how immaculate the home looked during the final walk-through (which is basically the dream scenario).

Being an incredibly busy person I have not had time to do clean. Decided to try them out and they did an incredible job! It was nice to come home and just be able to relax. Thank you and will be using again!

They were very kind and polite and did a great job! They cleaned everything well and even went so far as to add cute stickers on the toilet paper. They finished really quickly yet still did amazingly. Super happy with how well they did and their quality, and would definitely recommend their services.

Perfect Clean did our first service today and they were absolutely great! We are very particular about who we let in our home and also very particular about cleaning standards. We had team 19 and they were fantastic! They were hustling the entire time and did an amazing job at getting everything super sparkling clean. They were extra careful with delicate items and paid attention to all details. Communication was also easily facilitated via text if needed. We couldn't be happier with everything and look forward to having them back again to let things clean!

Our first time using this company and we will never go back to another one! The customer service part of the team was quick with responses and super nice! We had scheduled a clean originally for a different date but changed out minds to wanting something sooner and they were able to get us in without hesitation! The ladies that came to clean our home did a fantastic job and made sure we were happy with everything after. We are now on a plan with them and for a family of 5 this is going to help so much! So glad we found this company!

Team 1 with Michaela and Yaribel just left from my first monthly cleaning appointment and I can't believe the amount of work they got done in the time they were here. Everything feels clean and smells clean and sparkles. Love all the roses and bows on the towels and TP and blankets lol. Definitely happy that I decided to go with The Perfect Clean (I talked to lots of other companies and they always had some catch like a $500 first deep clean or long term committment etc.) The entire team at The Perfect Clean has been very communicative and open. And Team 1 put the icing on the cake by doing the actual work.

The Perfect Clean ladies did a fantastic job. This agency absolutely lives up to their name. It is such a pleasure to come home to a clean house, with sparkling windows and shiny floors. My guest bath looks better than the day I moved in! The best part is the communication from Ryan every step of the way. Highly recommend.
