Samuel and his team at Pool Rescuers are one of the most knowledgeable in the business when it comes to pool care, repair, and maintenance. Having partnered with them as a contractor myself Samuel’s insight and ability to quickly identify problems and dictate next strep solutions is unmatched. He’s one of the few that genuinely cares about the customers time and pocket books in providing service in an efficient and timely manner with best deal possible for the customer. He maintains a high standard for service and it begins with the high care I’ve seen him display for his team and contractors! Definitely one the most competitive pay in the pool business. I recommend Pool rescuers highly with full confidence for there excellence of their work and high commitment to customer care, which I believe are the hallmarks of a great company.

During an Airbnb stay, Pool Rescuers came out to service the pool. The service tech was very polite and cleaned the pool very quickly! There were a lot of leaves from the windy night before. He took the time to get all of the leaves out and even vacuumed! He really made sure that the pool was sparkling clean for us to use during our stay!

I have had a few things done with Pool Rescuers dating back to 2018. Grace was my recent point of contact to set up the appointments and coordinate the repair dates and times and I had Samuel for all of my repair work. I had a Hayward Aqua logic panel board replaced in 2018, unions for my salt cell earlier this summer and most recently my LED light replaced in the pool. I had to wait for the light to become available as my previous light was 11 years old and no longer manufactured. Each job was done perfectly. Samuel sends pictures of the diagnosis and then the repaired work upon completion which is excellent customer service in my opinion. They are my go to for pool repairs!

We moved to Arizona and never owned a pool. We started service with Pool Rescuers and have been so blessed by them and the OUTSTANDING caring service they have provided us. They did not just come and service our pool each week but they took the time to educate us on how to care for a pool and get familiar with our pool equipment. We stopped service after 2 years thinking it was time to try and take care of the pool ourselves. Then had our pool pump and other equipment break and go out in the middle of summer with our family coming to visit in just days. The pool started to turn green very quickly. We contacted Pool Rescuers and they responded immediately and saved the day. I can not say enough things about this company the owner and family. They are AMAZING, CARING and go over and beyond the average pool service company here in Arizona.

I don’t know what to say. I left a request to contact me for services and received a message saying they would respond shortly. That was yesterday. I’ve heard nothing. So today I try calling and I’m sent to voicemail. I don’t see much point in leaving a message if they don’t even respond to their website advising me to leave my contact information. Does this company actually exist?

Pool Rescuers really are true to their name! They have been so great to work with, reliable, communicative, and informative. They 'rescued' my GREEN pool and got it back to normal, and have continued with the weekly care to keep my pool sparkling. If you are looking for a pool company, go with these guys! The receptionist, Grace, has been lovely to work with as well. Just a great team all around. 10/10

I installed a new salt cell, and the controller panel information was not working. Samuel came by on short notice and fixed the problem in minutes. He also stayed a little longer to answer some of my questions. Great customer service!

Always consistent and on time. Communicates changes and additional services needed. They are the best and are so nice to work with. Just finished cleaning the pool tiles and it looks brand new.
