We had some more heavily soiled/dirty areas of the house, due to health issues/injury we were unable to get to. The Perfect Clean cleaning crew who came did an AMAZING job and left things sparkling ✨️!

They did an incredible Job! wish I had snapped before and afters. They did a lot of detailed work. my bathrooms haven’t been this clean since we moved in! they cleaned blinds, baseboards, doors, switches, all floors, made beds, ceiling fans cleaned, all counters and surfaces wiped and sparkling among other things. very happy with the service.

Ok I finally feel comfortable leaving a review for The Perfect Clean after having them come a few times. They are amazing! Their communication/customer service is great, the cleaning team is thorough and leaves our home looking brand new and smelling SO good! I love that they are affordable and offer different plans, even the basic plan comes with kitchen and bathrooms which to me personally, are the ones I need most help with! They also texted me while the cleaners were here to check in and make sure everything was going good which I appreciated! Overall it’s been a great experience, they’ve done an amazing job and everyone has been great to communicate with!

I’ve been disappointed before but gave them another shot and I’m disappointed again. The cleaning just feels so lazy and careless. The absolute bare minimum. Every time they leave I have to clean after them. It’s way too much money to be doing that. They couldn’t even put the sheet on my bed fully. Vacuumed only half my rug in front of me. And with each passing day, I keep finding more to be upset about. I’m tired of constantly being disappointed. Choose literally any other company, not this one.

Anna and Dora cleaned my house for the first time and we’re so lovely. They did all the nooks and crannies and my home smelled delicious when they left. Thank you so much ladies!!

This is the first negative review I have ever left of a company.
My experience with The Perfect Clean was absolutely terrible. I was promised a deep clean move out service and was left with dirty baseboards, dusty (untouched) blinds, crumbs and debris left in cabinets/drawers, untouched doors…etc. The stuff that was “completed” was done by someone who takes no pride in their work. I gave this company 3 times to get crews out to fix the items left undone or improperly….each time, I had high hopes and was let down. I’ve sent images of what the house looks like and have been told they “did the best they could with the materials” they have. Apparently, that means leaving items undone. They told me they can’t get the baseboards clean….I attached a photo of the baseboards. In said photo, I cleaned half the baseboard with a microfiber towel and water. The left side of the photo is what her team “completed”. I also sent a video to the team supervisor of dust coming off blinds, proving they had been untouched. She offered me $25 to compensate. Ridiculous.
So so so beyond bummed out as this is not the way I expected this to go. I now had to book another cleaning company to come and do the items this company promised, thus costing me almost double what I started with. Although these details are small, I was promised they’d all be completed and they were not.

I needed a move out clean before turning my rental property back over to our leasing company. The communication was very responsive and even though I was unable to do a final walk through the team made sure to send pictures of the home after cleaning was complete. Everything looked great!

Another update: The owner finally reached out to me and basically said “oh well” even though in their response to my review they had mentioned a full or partial refund. At this point I will have to take different legal action against this company. I can’t strongly warn others about this company. Please do your research and go with a different company. Completely unprofessional from start to finish.

Edit: I dropped it down to one star because I keep finding new things that they didn’t do and now broke. When the cleaners came back to finish the “deep” clean I heard a loud bang upstairs and thought nothing of it. Well they broke my shower curtain rod off the wall and didn’t bother to tell me when they left. Just left me to find it when I noticed it sitting on top of my shower wall and then subsequently falling down. This is beyond unprofessional. I know this review won’t do much but this is the first house cleaning I’ve ever booked and I’m just so disappointed and angry. And they want to charge me 500 dollars.

After reading the reviews I was hopeful with this company but I was left very disappointed. They charge 525 for a deep clean and what they did was NOT a deep clean. I was told the first deep clean takes 2-3 hours which is what I expected and planned for. I was given an arrival time between 11-1 and of course like with most arrival windows they arrived right at the end of it at 1pm. Two ladies showed up and neither of them spoke any English, which thankfully my husband does but right after they showed up I got a text from the company stating that “we may have noticed that some of their staff didn’t speak English” and to just text this number if there was something that needed to be explained. The ladies were here for only an hour and a half. I spent the two days prior tidying and clearing all spaces and making sure everything was accessible for them to clean. After they left I noticed that none of the fans, blinds or window sills were touched. I texted the company to make sure that what I indeed paid for was the premium service and they said I did and apologized and sent the same crew back. At this time, it’s around 5. I spent all day at home for this cleaning. They did complete the tasks and overall the cleaning was okay but definitely not worth what I paid. They got the rings out of my toilet an hard water stains off my glass shower but like little details around the toilet were missed, baseboards were never touched, walls were NOT spot cleaned and this is all stuff that was supposedly included in the deep clean premium option. Definitely cancelling my two follow up appointments and will just cut my losses with the price I paid. I will say everyone I spoke to or interacted with was pleasant and friendly.

Last update. On March 8th the “owner” reached out saying he wanted to review what happened and try to make it right. I said I would be open to that. Another number texts me the next morning and shares different plans with me. They really thought I was going to give them more money after this awful experience. Very unprofessional company, they text you from all different numbers which is just bizarre. Please do yourself a favor and go with any other cleaning company.

The Perfect Clean team absolutely knocked it out of the park! They took on my last second request (literally just a few days notice) and performed a deep clean on the house I’m moving out of. Team #1, or in my opinion, the #1 Team, cleaned my very dirty house without complaint and left no part overlooked. Michel Fernandez and Michel Gonzales were very professional and understanding with having to work around my last second packed boxes. They also accommodated working around specific areas while I got my pets in their carriers and out of the house. They constantly checked in to see if there was anything extra that I needed them to do, and made sure that I was satisfied with the clean before leaving. I would absolutely recommend considering The Perfect Clean to tackle your cleaning needs, and consider yourself blessed if Michel and Michel, Team ‘1’, are your perfect clean team!

Team 17 (Betty, Greisy, Yaris) did a great job with my deep clean! They were Professional, very kind and communicative! My house is now sparkling and smelling great, not to mention the finishing details on the towels, toilet paper and paper towel roll are a cherry on top! I also loved the text I got before had that let me know exactly when they would arrive and I could track how far away they were. That feature was so helpful! Thank you Perfect Clean, and team 17!

I get bi-weekly cleaning service and it's been great! One of the ladies who comes each week to clean is the same and knows how I like things, and her co-worker switches up depending on the week. They clean quickly, thoroughly, and always ask if there's any areas of concern. I really like how they empty all of the trash bins around the house too and take it out to my bins at the curb. They make scheduling my cleaning dates easy through texting and respond quickly to any inquiries I have. Highly recommend!

The ladies showed up on time and ready to work. Very nice ladies. I came home later in the evening to a beautifully clean home and smelling so clean. They were very thorough. I will continue to use them and so glad I found them. Coming home to a clean house was a great feeling. 100% would recommend.

Contacted The Perfect Clean to do a move out clean that same week, they were very prompt in contacting me back with a quote and a list of all services they would provide. They were able to get the job done in just a few hours, and did a fantastic job at that. Anything they could see or reach, they cleaned. Will definitely be getting my deposit back after moving out of the space they cleaned.

Wow: Not only was the cleaning detailed and excellent work, the service from start to finish exceeded expectations. They sent me a text message on when they were on their way. They communicated with me during the clean to see if there were any areas that they should focus on, and they left air fragrance, organized the pillows and more. As a real estate agent, I’ve used many cleaners and I’m so happy to find one that I’m 100% satisfied with. Great work, Perfect Clean.

We have been through a couple different cleaning people. Never have we found a company that was reasonably priced and that did a good job. We’ve always just had either a friend or someone that was doing it on the side to clean our house. My wife and I bought this house two years ago and it’s our forever home. And so we have been looking for someone to come in and just make sure that they treat our stuff and clean our home the way that we like it. WELLLL!!!! We found that company finally. I just came in from work and was absolutely amazed by how great the house looks. Everything is shiny, the house smells great and clean. There’s no water spots in the sink or on the shower doors. I am truly truly impressed and I’m so excited that we finally found a company to do this for us.

Extremely Disappointed – Not a Deep Clean

We hired The Perfect Clean for a deep cleaning of our home before moving in, paying $420 with the expectation that the home would be thoroughly cleaned and ready. Unfortunately, what we got was barely a routine, surface clean, and we were incredibly disappointed with both the quality of service and how the company handled our concerns afterward.
Despite this being marketed and charged as a deep clean, here’s what we walked into:
* Dust everywhere, including on fan blades and large shelves
* Sticky adhesive still on cabinets and shelves (when I pointed it out, I was told it couldn’t be removed)
* Coffee grounds or dirt left in drawers
* Walls and shelves still had visible marks
* Sweeping wasn’t done
* Corners weren’t wiped down
* Mirrors weren’t wiped down
* Lime scale buildup left untouched around bathroom sinks, bathtubs, and shower heads
* Vacuuming was poor, dust was just pushed to the edges of rooms
* Cobweb left by the front door where they had entered
During the walkthrough, I had to point out obvious areas that hadn’t been touched. Shelves were only cleaned, after I pointed it out and waited for it to be done. Every time I pointed out things that weren’t cleaned, they acted annoyed or claimed they weren’t able to clean it. This did not feel like a team going “above and beyond” as one would expect with a deep cleaning. It felt rushed and careless.
After sending 30 photos to document the missed areas, the company refunded me just $100. I explained that the service provided wasn’t worth over $300, but they claimed that was all they could offer. Frankly, I question whether they even understood this was supposed to be a deep clean. For the price and the name of the business, we expected “perfect.” Instead, we had to clean the house ourselves after they left.

Would not recommend.

Best clean I’ve ever seen. As a realtor I’ve seen many homes after a deep clean. This one was far ahead of any others. My house was not even this clean when I bought it! Well worth the money. Carpets looked newer, surfaces all shined, and a tub that was stained long before I purchasd is now bright white! I’m so thankful!

I am extremely disappointed with Perfect Cleaning. I paid a premium price expecting professional service, but the job was rushed and careless. The kitchen was not cleaned, the counters and table were never wiped, and they left dirty dishes sitting in the sink. The floors are still filthy, which makes it obvious they were never properly cleaned. They also ignored a visible pee spot on the floor from our dogs, which any professional cleaner should have addressed. On top of that, items were left out on the counter that were never there, and other belongings were moved and not returned. For what I paid, this level of service is completely unacceptable. I will not be using them again and do not recommend them to anyone seeking thorough or reliable cleaning.

Only your Ladies know how bad it was. They Left every room clean, dusted, vacuumed and mopped. All the Dust Bunnies and animal hairs gone. My floors and counters and glass shower doors and glass dining table are immaculately clean. My fans and light fixtures also, my cupboards and furniture never looked so good. All my mirrors too. They put their finishing touches in every room. Showing they care and are proud of what they do.
