I have used their services twice now and am always impressed with their customer service and quality. They were able to squeeze me in so I could get it done before my appraisal.

Brian came out to clean my carpets and did amazing job. I would recommend them to anyone.

We had our carpets cleaned last week and they look fabulous. I've been using All Star for several years and will continue to use them.

Brian was a fake. Very rude behind the facade. The cleaning was mediocre at best. Over priced for the work done. All these posts must be Brian's friends or something. Won't use this company EVER again.

Brian was very polite every time I called he answered right away. He scheduled us the very next day and did an amazing job. Would have him come again.

I recently used this company for a sofa couch and a rug. The employee, Brian, was phenomenal! Very thorough work at a reasonable price. Definitely using them again for next time!!!! :)

Arizona All Star Cleaning is a total RIP OFF AND A SCAM. One cleaner took 3 hours to clean a tiny bath room and bath room cleaning was still continuing. First three hours, only rest rooms were cleaned;not even the two rest rooms cleaning were NOT complete. So, I needed the STOP the work and let them leave my property. When I asked how many hours it would take to complete the whole house cleaning, the owner's response was "I DON'T KNOW" and started making negative comments about by house. The work was EXTREMLY EXTREMLY SLOW because of $95 hourly rate. Very unprofessional, rude and rip off. NEVER get ripped off by this company.

LESSONS LEARNED:

Before starting the work, ask "How many hours it would take to clean this house"?

If the answer is "I DON'T KNOW", reject the work and find some other professional cleaner because the professional cleaning companies give quote based the the area and # of rooms.

No Stars. Made an appointment and like many people busy in the morning vacuuming the house getting things ready. Sent my dog off to the sitter which was already paid. Brian calls me at 8:36 AM my appointment was at 9 AM. I didn't answer because I didn't hear my ring as I was vacuuming the house. Brian LVM, Stating, "Making sure we are still on, he just noticed where I live."..... We did discuss I live in Queen Creek when I gave him my address. I receive another call at 8:42 AM (still vacuuming) Brian advised "he will not be coming because he hasn't heard from me and he has taken another job. We will have to reschedule".... I see my phone at 9 AM ... and the 2 voicemails. I didn't listen to them at first thinking he might be lost. I call him. No answer... Then I listen to the voicemails and call again. No Answer... I leave a voicemail and text stating what I was doing and how I already made arrangements for the dog to be out all day and already paid them. Brian called me back at 9:11 AM stating sorry I was out of his normal zone and will have to reschedule... I rely on my appointments. This was very unprofessional. I told Brian to forget it I will call another company.

Matt with AZ All Star Clean cleaned my carpets last November. I was impressed that they answered the phone and made it out to my house the same day. They showed up when they said they would and did a great job. They did a good job of extracting most of the water and left my carpet just slightly damp. I will continue to use them.

Arizona All Star carpet cleaning is just great! Mat came on time and was totally professional. He explained exactly what he was going to do and also gave helpful tips how o keep my white couch looking good. I will be definitely be using them again for any future carpet cleaning needs.

I called with an emergency need - on a Friday morning at 8:30 a.m., no less - and my carpet was done by 1 pm.
I am pleased with the customer service and Brian's willingness to squeeze me in at such a late notice -price was good, carpet looks fabulous!
I will certainly use this company again!

It's hard to capture the extent of how absolutely filthy my recently-acquired 2,500 sq. ft rental property was...but I will say that it was so bad that an experienced painting contractor refused to send their crew in until the walls, trim, and surrounding areas were first cleaned.

It's also hard to understate how great the experience has been working with Brian and his team. He sends in a *professional* multi-person crew and they make the place *shine*.

What really stood out the most was Brian's customer-centric way of doing business. He answered my calls or called back as soon as he could, gave advice for more than just cleaning and always from the perspective of what is best for me, and ultimately, it felt like we were business partners working toward same goals rather than just a "vendor" trying to sell me whatever they can.

Despite living out of state, it was easy to trust that I had found the right provider from the start, despite living out of state.

Update: my stepdad dropped off some supplies at the place after the crew finished the first half of the work today and when he called, his exact words were "duuuuuuuuuude, these guys are the BOMB". He couldn't believe that he was even looking at the same house.

I received an excellent carpet cleaning! Arizona All Star Clean completely removed the stains from my carpet! They emailed to schedule an appointment and called to confirm. They were polite and professional. I'm very happy with their carpet cleaning and if I ever stain my carpet again, I will call them!!

I was in need of cleaning for a move out on the home I was renting and I needed someone last minute and Brian from Arizona All Star Cleaning was able to squeeze me in and he was able to get my carpets looking perfect! And he didn’t even charge me for last minute services either it was actually cheaper than most other quotes I got. He got it done All while I was at work too. I now have my go to carpet cleaning company that’s for sure!! Thanks again Brian you rock!!

Best carpet cleaning I have ever had done. The owner did a great job. He got his time and got our white carpets white again. I'm very satisfied that our carpets are perfect. Also the owner called back the next day to see if everything was OK, a follow-up call for carpet cleaning! We will use them and refer him to everyone.

We just had our carpets cleaned upon moving out of our home. Brian was very professional and courteous to deal with. When we moved into the house, the carpets were filthy and living there, they just wouldn't get clean no matter how hard I tried to clean them myself (2 kids and 2 dogs, yikes!). When we moved out, they looked awesome! I'm a Realtor so I am always looking for great vendors. He will definitely be on my list!

I needed someone to clean my carpets as I was moving out in a month. Brian came and did a wonderful job at a moments notice. Brian is very nice and the customer service was amazing. I'd recommend them to anyone.

Brian gave outstanding service.
1) Answered my call immediately. Answered all my questions. Scheduled the cleaning within two days. Was professional, experienced, and personable.
2) Flat rates were clear with no unexpected costs. We will definitely be calling Brian the next time.
3) Called half hour before arriving and called half hour before leaving. Worked ALL day independently on 3000 sq ft. It is a big job and he took the time to do it right.
4) My carpets are CLEAN, CLEAN, CLEAN!!! As soon as I looked into my house realized I had forgotten how light my carpets are supposed to be. It had been a few years since we had them cleaned and he restored them to their former glory. He was up front about any stains that did not come up and said what he did to show extra care and work on them. I am very pleased with his work.
5) My tile and grout has never been cleaner!!!
6) Took care to protect my woodwork with guards.
7) Dealt with lots of pet hair (two cats and one large dog) and 4 people. Smells are gone.
