We called Brian for an appointment and he was able to schedule us for the next day. He showed up on time and did a professional job. Our carpet was cleaned and sanitized and looked just fantastic. We do recommend Arizona All Star Clean to everyone.

I recently hired Arizona All Star Cleaning to clean my carpets. They were absolutely fantastic, Brian called me to confirm the scheduled time and to let me know he was on his way, I always appreciate a company who respects my time.

I expected Arizona All Star to show up and put it about an hours effort as other carpet cleaning services do. But to my surprise they were there for a little over 3hours. I'll admit that my carpet needed a little TLC but it was nice to see that Arizona All Star Cleaning took pride in their work and made sure the job was done right!

This is the best carpet cleaning service I have ever received. I have tried out many different businesses and I can truly say I have found one that I am highly satisfied with. The carpets in my house look amazing and Brian is very friendly. He really does a fantastic job for a great price! I can always count on him to get the job done the way I expect it. I definitely recommend Arizona All Star Cleaning.

We found Arizona All Star Cleaning by chance after a bike ride in our neighborhood. They were working on our neighbors house, so we stopped and asked them to come by. After a discussion with Brian, we decided to have our carpets cleaned and the laminate flooring done as well. With 3 cats in the house, the carpets were looking a bit dingy, but after Brian did his magic the carpets look great. The next day he came and cleaned the laminate. The floors look amazing! They are much brighter and shiny after he was done and floors dried.
Brian completed the work when he said he would and at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend Arizona All Star Cleaning and I'm sure we'll be seeing Brian again!

Okay... that guy that left the neg feed back must have been talking about some other company, Arizona All Star Carpet Cleaning has been out to my place three times, and i have raised 4 kids on that family carpet you see below and BELIEVE ME it did not look like this before Brian and Arizona All Star Carpet Cleaning came here this morning.... I wish that i had snapped a before pic before he got here because it was hammered with stains right where i took the pic. Brian uses a unique cleaning/extraction attachment that i have never seen before... and quite honestly surprises me each time he cleans our carpets. So i saw the neg feed back and thought,,, that's "really not cool" because every time i have had Arizona All Star Carpet Cleaning and Brian into my home i have been very happy with the quality workman ship and the lasting results, so as a service business owner my recommendations of 5 stars are few.

I had the carpet cleaned in 3 rooms, hallway, and stairs as well as some areas of tile cleaned. The carpets look great considering the condition they were in before. The tile was ok, I probably could have done a similar job on the tiles but they saved me time. The cleaners were professional and quick for a reasonable price. The customer service on setting up the appointment, the reminders, and call ahead were excellent.

The only negative was that the cleaners used our hose and did not wind it back up on our hose reel afterwards.

Marvin & Mike were amazing! They cleared two area rugs, bedroom, and two couches. I was impressed that they cleaned the fabric on the back of my couches! No other company has ever done this! Marvin educated me a lot on the fabrics and carpet that will help me to keep things looking as new as possible.. I will definitely hire Sears again!

My couch was soiled due to our pets.Jay and Robert work extremely professional and friendly. They took pride in their job, and explained everything that they were doing and the related price. I am so happy with the job they have done! I would recommend them to anyone. Im going to have them back to clean our carpets next.Five stars

SCAM ALERT: If I could give negative stars I would. We scheduled an aid duct cleaning with Sears, estimate was $600 for our whole house. The technician, Randy S. showed my mom a picture of an old, dirty air handler that wasn't even ours, and wanted to charge her $2,400 to disinfect and seal the leaks in the system.

My mom was home when Randy arrived, she called me at my son's soccer game and said the tech showed her a picture of the air handler and it was full of dirt, he said there was tape on the air ducts and leaks everywhere. He wanted to charge $2,400 to disinfect the air handler and seal the duct work. We were home about 10 minutes later and I went into the attic; Randy had removed a bunch of the metal tape sealing the panel on part of the air handler where the coils were, he left wads of tape laying around and didn't re-seal holes or access panels where he had removed tape. The inside of the air handler had some dust and dirt in the bottom, but nothing like what he described and he definitely showed my mom a different picture than our system. I took pictures and showed her to confirm this. Once I was in the attic Randy finished his work and left as fast as he could. We never got our receipt, my mom called twice and Sears said they would email it but they never did. I ended up buying some metal tape for $13 at Home Depot and re-sealed the panel, gaps & holes Randy S. left.

Imagine how many customers they scam out of thousands of dollars, if a homeowner doesn't regularly go into the attic or isn't familiar with their own HVAC system. I don't know if this is Sears' upselling method or if it's just what Randy did. It's sad because Sears used to be our go-to when we needed carpets or air ducts cleaned at our old houses.

Jerry and Nathan did an excellent job cleaning our air ducts. Spent some time explaining the process to us. They were very knowledgeable about our HVAC system and answered all questions. We recently had our house painted and our vents were painted over. They even took a few vents off that were really bad so we could replace them today. We truly appreciated them going above and beyond so we could do that. They are a good team and I would most definitely use them and this company again. Price was exactly as quoted on phone. No hidden surprises which I liked. They even cleaned up after themselves when I told them I was getting ready to clean anyways.

Joseph R. & Isaac P. were very professional and extremely thorough in every phase of the tile cleaning operation. They explained my options and demonstrated what I could expect in terms of results. They did great work in a timely fashion at a cost of 27% of what a competitor quoted. I highly recommend them personally and Sears for a job well done.
