I had a complex failure in my HVAC system. Keith and Tiffany were absolutely phenomenal in getting my home back to normal.
Keith is a top-tier technician. He diagnosed the technical issues perfectly. He was thorough, checked various components to save me money where possible, and ensured the system was operational checked before closing the job. His technical competence is top notch!
Tiffany provided the best customer service experience once again! She was incredibly responsive and professional, navigating the supply chain, scheduling, especially over the holiday. Pricing was fair to include my Sun discount.
If you want a team that is honest, technically on top of their game, and highly professional, ask for Keith and Tiffany. They turned a potentially stressful situation into a seamless repair!

This is long overdue. I have been with Around the Sun for four (4) years now and each time I have contacted them they have been responsive from the owners to our technician Sam. Recently when one system wasn’t working, I contacted the team and Sam arrived quickly. Sam is always pleasant and professional, he’s clearly highly skilled, and quickly diagnosed the problem. Not only did he fix it right away, but he also always explains everything in a way that is easy to understand. The price is fair, especially given the urgent nature of the repair. For the last four years I have received exceptional customer service, expert technical competence, and honest pricing from start to finish! Highly recommend Around the Sun and Sam.

I have been using Around the Sun for 9 years now to maintain our AC systems in the heat of Arizona. They have done an amazing honest job every time. Michael just serviced our two units this week and replaced a capacitor in one and a contactor in the other. He did a great job. Thank you to Michael and Around the Sun!

Freddie came about an hour after I called and diagnosed the problem as a faulty relay within one minute. He replaced the part and my system was providing heat again. Freddie was polite and professional and there was no attempt to upsell a new unit.

Responded on site quickly. Very honest folks will not up or over sell you on service or parts you really don’t need. I saved over $1500 with Around the Sun compared with a quote from a competitor

Billy(sales) was easy going and supportive. Freddy and Norb (install) super relaxed, flexible, and patient with my roof job happening at the same time. Great job, guys!

The installer of my new Hvac said the cooling could not be fully installed because there was a short in one of the thermostat wires. He wanted to charge me $1840 to fish the wires and over $3000 if the fishing solution wouldn't work. I called Around the Sun for an estimate. Keith came, and determined there was no short. He said the wires were spliced in the wall or ceiling and not color correct. He correctly joined the wires, and my system is running fine... all for less than one tenth the other company's lower price! Thanks Keith!

Another company quoted us over $2500 in total repairs and service. AZ Eddy AC listened to our problem, examined our equipment, and had everything fixed for less than $200. We'll recommend them to everyone we know and trust them to fix any HVAC issues we have in the future.

We have been using this excellent service for a few years now. Honest owner, never ever tries to add on extra costs. On time, has a scheduler that will follow up with questions you may have. He is very very busy and as of this week the next appointment was in May. Well worth the wait if you want someone that will tell you the truth and give you a fair price for repairs....if needed. Again, super honest!!!!!

Bob was dispatched to our house to fix our heater. The fan was constantly kicking on and off. Bob was able to replace the wornout parts, explain what he had done and why. He also installed a replacement for our failing thermostat. Bob was very friendly, polite and knowledgeable. I truly appreciate everything he did for us.

I contacted Bob because his company was assigned to my claim. Immediately said he couldnt have someone come out until Monday; this I understand, makes sense. When I explained what the issue was, he said he was booked for two weeks and couldnt do the job. I advised I could wait two weeks, and he said he did NOT want to do the job because the Home Warranties do not pay enough to do the job and frankly he just didnt want to do it, quoting Bob. He proactively offered to call the home warranty and let them know. I let him know I would write this review.

Bob is awesome. Great service, very knowledgeable, didn't try to upsell me on anything. My old A/C unit was shot, I needed to replace the whole thing and knew it (had multiple companies tell me the same thing), I had gotten numerous quotes, but everyone kept trying to upsell me and sell me more A/C than I needed for my 1500 sq ft home. Bob sold me a great 4 ton, 14 seer unit that is so quiet when it runs I wouldn't know it was running but for the strong blasts of cold air shooting out of every vent. Seriously this thing is great! Way better than my old unit. Got the whole install done in 9hrs. From talking to friends who had similar things done, it took them much longer. His company cleaned up after themselves as well, you'd never know they were there apart from a great new A/C unit. Would highly recommend to anyone.

I contacted AC Eddy after several people recommended him. He was great to work with, came when he said he would be here and kept me informed all the time. He spent an hour checking out my A/C unit that was making some noise and when he finished he said that it was likely over with freon by the last person who serviced it. No damage was done and he said just let him know if I need anything else.

This company is one of the best companies I’ve used for AC services. They are very professional, honest and reliable.
