This was a wonderful experience for us. The gals were very personable and hard-working. Everything is very clean, just 2 very small spots on the kitchen counter that I wiped up afterwards. We did need to rebalance the microwave because the front left is easily moved. Not a problem since we've done that ourselves in the past.
We thoroughly enjoyed the experience, they were awesome and we look forward to their next visit!

The Cleaning Authority does a great job. They are very reliable, they show up on time and are efficient with their time in the house. The house looks great when they are done. Last week we had Lexi, Jess & Nelly. They did a great job and are always so friendly.

They were thorough in their cleaning. They were very friendly and nice. They went above and beyond insured all of the dust from ceiling fans to windowsills baseboards. Everything was taken care of. They did an amazing job. I love them coming once a month to complete a deep cleaning.

First time using them, totally satisfied…They also cleaned two sliding doors…looked very nice..

Nothing like paying someone to come over and not clean your house. And after voicing my concerns they were top speed on charging me again to cancel the service after expressing genuine interest on “making it right “

Jazz and Paige arrived as planned and started cleaning after questions. They did a great job in my areas of concern. A supervisor showed up to check work and make sure we were happy with cleaning. They were very nice and quick. Thx again.

All i can say is if everyone did the incredible job that Jazz and Paige did for our home tris past Friday 4/19/24, WOW!!!! It is so nice to know that there are people in the world that have integrity and just do a good job because it is their job. They did it with a smiling face and great attitudes. These two girls gave our home the most thorough and best cleaning we have had in a very long time. Thank you Jazz and Paige you guys are the best!!

I cannot thank Thomas, Brandi, Abby, Kylie, and Crissa! They continuously do a great job cleaning! Each one of them is so thoughtful, thorough, friendly! They have great customer service, love on your fur babies, and go out-of-their-way to make sure you're happy with the clean! It gives me so much joy to have them over twice a month!

I could also not possibly forget Nichole! She is such a pleasure to talk to anytime I call! Not only is she just a delight, but she also remembers me. Nichole goes out of her way to ensure I'm happy with the clean and the cleaners!

My relatives have used The Cleaning Authority in other parts of the valley (not Northwest Valley) and they have not been pleased with the service provided. I cannot thank the owners, the amazing cleaners, and the staff enough for having the opportunity to work with you!
