Totally satisfied and happy with the service provided by NW Cleaning Authority. Rylee, Cheyenne and Midori did an outstanding job and showed care in making sure things were done properly. So glad I found them and I would highly recommend them.
I, regrettably, have to revise my earlier post. Although things seemed to be getting somewhat better with the 2nd and 3rd cleanings, after 8 months the problems I was having were not resolved....streaked mirrors, glass stove top smears, top areas (i.e., refrigerator, stove hood, entertainment center) not dusted....to name a few. One crew would correct problems but then the next time another crew would overlook them. It was frustrating and since repeated phone calls could not correct things, I had to terminate the service. Sorry!!

Paid for full day home cleaning on 4/29. Left specific verbal and written instructions to clean all baseboards of the home. Zero baseboards were touched. Repeated follow-up communication with this vendor has proven ineffective. Would not recommend to others. No ownership of tasks, customer communication, or guarantee of work/customer satisfaction. Going to try MaidThis with my next home cleaning.

Hired for a move out clean (2hr) which I was advised would have been adequate since the house would be completely empty. Landlord informed me that the cleaning was sub par and had to spend 6 hours after they left to finish the clean.

We have not been disappointed in each team that comes to our home. The two people team works methodically through our home, cleaning surfaces, floors, bathrooms and mirrors. They even clean our sliding glass door. They were receptive when I wanted to use a different glass cleaner and when I wanted them to pay special attention to one area. Deeper cleans are rotated each time the Cleaning Authority visits. Clear communication on their arrival time and what areas are being deep cleaned. Fast, efficient, flawless work with exceptional employees.

They stayed on task ... they were thorough ... my house is clean ... always a good job ... AND this time the Gals added a special touch in the Main Bathroom. Special folded hand towels and seal on paper towels. Looks like a Hotel :-)

I am thrilled with the cleaning service I received from Cleaning Authority. They worked hard and efficiently and the house sparkled when they were finished. They even wiped inside shelves, the microwave, baseboards.. places that had not seen any love for a long time. Not only was the cleaning fantastic but the crew was kind and understanding about my dogs “supervising” the situation, and I appreciated that so much. Great company that I am so happy to have found.

Abby and Kylie cleaned my house today. They did a great job. I had an important meeting so I left a note on the door to please not interrupt. They were quiet and respectful and I was able to have my meeting uninterrupted and come out to a clean home. Thank you both! I've used cleaning authority for a couple years now and have had no problems. They always do excellent work.

Carly and Kira were professional, kind, And did a thorough job cleaning my entire house until it shined! They were also gentle and patient with my dogs. Kota even gave me advice on how to help my plants grow better!

Today we had our first deep clean with Cleaning Authority… after a quick review I believe the team did a great job overall! The office staff is great, especially Nicole and we will be using them often as part of our service!

We’ve used this company three times, and unfortunately, the quality declined with each visit. Each time, they sent out different young, inexperienced workers, and it really showed in the results. During the first visit, a manager came out to inspect the cleaning, but for the next two appointments, no one followed up or checked the work.

The second visit was especially frustrating — they were very late, the app was not updated to show the new time they were to arrive, and I had to keep my animals locked up the entire day waiting for them. I had to call just to find out they were running behind, and even then, they still didn’t show up on time.

What’s most disappointing is that I referred my neighbors after bragging about how great the service was. Their very first experience was terrible, and it was embarrassing — it made me feel like I had completely misled them.

The girls did a great job today...we are happy with their work. Not only are they good cleaners but very nice people.

Overall, it was delightful. The bathrooms were very nice. The kitchen appliances were very nice.
I was in the TV room and the young lady was dusting. She was very enthusiastic And the air was thick with dust. One of my dusty tables had a doily on it, which she shook vigorously, adding to the dust.
She was also the one that was going to mop the floors on the way out the door. Most of the floors were not mopped.
Having two dogs it’s very important to me that the Floors get extra attention.
I’m wondering why they unplug all the lights, etc. unless it is some Safety measure I’m not aware of. Maybe they don’t need to do that.
All in all, I can’t wait to see them in May🤩

I am THRILLED with CLEANING AUTHORITY’S services today!! The house SPARKLED when they finished. We live in a dusty area and are plagued daily; especially the fans and blinds. The fans and blinds are now spotless. They even cleaned the dusty house plant 🪴. THANK YOU!

The best cleaning company , The CLEANING AUTHORITY! Thanks Patrick. The best cleaning team ever! Beyond thorough, professional, every nook and cranny, I have multiple pets. They are the kindest and most qualified Cleaning staff I have ever come across. I have a four bedroom three bathroom home With multiple pets again that is not a small feat! It is beyond perfection.! Many thanks can never suffice! I highly recommend the cleaning authority and specifically the two young ladies I had here, simply top notch first rate! I beyond highly recommend I will always stick with them.

I will give the first Cleaning good rating (3 people and then a 4th showed up to QC and assist). The next one had 3 people and did a very poor job. I gave them a poor rating and I was called by TCA -Nicole and she apologized and even said that "nobody is perfect", but then said they would get my first crew back. Today was our required 3rd (Contract Cleaning)...this is as bad as having a Dish/Cox/Direct TV contract...you have to commit to 3. Today 2 people (1 with 1 year experience and the other 4 months). They also arrived without notice (supposed to receive a text with a 1-2 hour window notice). I called and again got Nicole and she said that there was a mix up and one from out 1st crew no longer works there but these 2 will do a good job. Apologized and again said "Nobody is perfect". I responded that "I pay perfectly, so it the job is not done perfectly, should I not pay perfectly. There satisfaction guarantee is call them within 24 hours and someone will come back and fix it...more inconvenience to be here for that...do the cleaning right and QC your work before you leave is what I expect. So Overall, I would give The Cleaning Authority a -1 Star and their Customer Service (Nicole) a -1 as well. Maybe another one (franchise) is better, but not the Glendale franchise....especially for what they charge. Disappointed
