The prices where affordable and I felt comfortable letting them into my home they did a great job on the carpet and the chemicals they used where pet friendly and people friendly I loved it.

Mr. Shaw was very nice and friendly. He showed up on time and was well prepared. I was skeptical about trying a new company( I have my carpets cleaned routinely) I will definitely use his services from now on. Plus he was very talkative and made sure I felt comfortable. He explained the processs to me and told me what chemicals he was using. He made sure the job was done perfectly.

Glad I made the decision to use AZ Shaw Carpet Cleaning, it was all the best experience. My carpet had a pungent urine smell due to my dog and I had to figure out a solution. Well, AZ Shaw was able to come out and clean my carpet the next day including my rugs.

One thing I hate, are strong odors. They left the carpet with a clean smell and like new again. This is by far worth my google search to find a reliable and trustworthy company that ACTUALLY CLEAN YOUR CARPET.

Will definitely use them again and hope my dog doesn't ruin the carpet again.

Used Shiney House cleaning today for the first time. Juliya and Polina surpassed my expectations. Pricing was very reasonable for the amount of work they did in just under 2 hours... vacuumed everything (even under beds), dusted everything including items on open shelves, wiped down all mopboards, cleaned bathrooms, washed windoows on patio slider and mopped all tile floors. Live in 3BR/2Bath home of 2100 SF. No contracts, easy to communicate with, pleasant hard working young women.

We used the service For a couple of months they were never on time no one ever speaks English they come in like a bull in a China shop they don’t care about your valuables they don’t clean they just go over with a flat feather duster it’s hard to communicate with people on what you need done when they don’t speak English they come in they’re here for a half hour and charge $140 and when you go through and swipe everything top of the TVs are down the counters are done horrible service horrible communication just don’t do it

They cleaned my mom's house for moving out. They were very thorough. Cleaned everything including top of cupboards, took sliding shelves out to clean under them, bathrooms sparkled, etc, etc. We could not have been pleased more.

Horrible horrible experience. I would not recommend. We used them to clean our new house. Paid the move in/deep clean price $230. They were at the house 45 mins. Came back as they were leaving house, House was dirty. Wooden blinds were filthy. My security screen door was broke. Completely ripped from wall. I called owner. She didn’t absolutely nothing. And accused me of lying.

Wonderful experience. We have been using Rita's house cleaning since 2017. We initially bought a new home and hired Rita's house cleaning to do a deep clean. We were so impressed we hired the team for bi-weekly cleanings and Rita does not disappoint. We highly recommend, this company is professional, affordable, and very prompt with responses.

Just had my house “cleaned” by Rita’s cleaning service. Four ladies finished what was supposed to be a deep cleaning in 2 hours. There was so much skipped and not done that I wouldn’t know where to begin. If you pay $380 you would expect the tops of cabinets to be dusted as well as all shelves, the toothbrush holders were left filthy, the utility sink was dirty, nothing was done with appliances, even the front door area was not swept and on and on. Needless to say, I won’t be using them again and I would advise you not to as well unless you don’t mind getting ripped off and having to finish your cleaning by yourself .
