I've had a lot of different companies. Come out and clean my carpets. 4 bedrooms, a hallway, 2 flights of stairs. And they've all done decent, never really had any complaints. But they've always taken maybe an hour at the most.These guys were here for four hours. And I mean, that, as a compliment to take that long to do what other companies were doing in an hour.Just tells me how much better they're doing it. My house smells like citrus, orange and it's really nice.I like it.The carpets look amazing. Thank you Dane Shepherd. I do appreciate all the hard work. Dane was also very respectful clean courteous and punctual. I will definitely be having these guys do my floors from now on. And i'm actually gonna have dane come back and do my downstairs tiles.It might be more expensive than some of the other guys, but I promise you the work they put in is four times as much

Darin did an OUTSTANDING job on the carpet. We have 5 dogs (3 German Shepherds & 2 Teacup Yorkies) and they mark etc… Darin made our carpet look like new! Not to mention he was friendly, professional, and in time. I’d Highly suggest Phoenix Kwik Dry to anyone looking for great service and a job done right! They’ll continue to get our business!!

Dane came out to do our carpets today. He did a wonderful job! He took extra care to thoroughly clean the high traffic areas. The carpets looked and smelled refreshed when he was done.

Great job as always, have used them several times. This time we went full boar and had the carpet stretched, cleaned and treated - plus tile cleaning with grout coloring and sealing. Completely worth the price as our 8 year old flooring looks like new. First off, I liked the Idea of a family business. Mercedes was so kind and had a fantastic eye to detail . My house is so clean! I was only going to have my house cleaned bi-weekly. After it was cleaned the first time I changed my mind to once a week. Amanda scheduled it. Now when I come home I can just relax, and cook and visit with my family. No more stress! My husband and I are even entertaining more, no worries about company coming over. I recommend this to everyone!
