Derrick showed up on time and did a phenomenal job. We had him clean out our dryer vent, which was in desperate need of some TLC and our carpets throughout the house. Whatever he used was fantastic. The carpets looked great. He even got out 95% of the neon purple slime that was crusted into the carpet under our kids bed (we didn’t even know about it until months later when we moved his bed so it was solid as a rock- aren’t kids fun?!) Our house now smells fresh and clean! That being said, we didn’t smell any heavy cleaner smell at all, either, like some companies. It literally just doesn’t smell like the carpet of 4 little boys and a dog anymore.

I have only used steam cleaning services before and was skeptical of the quick dry method. I have to say it looks every bit as good as the steam method and dried so much faster! I also had 2 rooms of grout cleaned and they look great as well. It was so convenient to have both carpet and grout cleaning done at the same time. Derrick is very friendly and is a really hard worker! I highly recommend Kwik Dry.

OMGOODNESS, Kwik Dry did my carpets today 8/18. I have lived in my condo since 1999 and I have had many local carpets cleaning companies come and clean my carpets. NO CARPET COMPANY has ever done such a great job. I will not ever use any other company. Call Derrick if you want professional top grade cleaning for your carpets. They do other things as well, just give them a call. You will be so pleased. Unbelievable!!!

Dane was great. I just moved into my house a few months ago and the sensor on my new dryer kept going off. I looked up what it meant, and it says that the air Vent was blocked so I had them come clean all of the air ducts, and my dryer vent. The sensor on my dryer is not going off anymore and the air smells fresh and clean And the sensor does not go off anymore. .Definitely will have him back next year.

I recently used Kwik Dry Dane was absolutely amazing! I’ve had my sofa steamed before, but no one has ever done as good of a job as Quick Dry Total Cleaning. My upholstered sofas look and feel brand new. Highly recommend!

He was personable and explained the process and the set appropriate expectations as to price and length of time, etc. Phoenix Kwik Dry Total Cleaning was very accommodating with scheduling a full house tile and carpet (and area rugs) cleaning for us. They worked to fit us into their busy schedule, and we are extremely pleased with the results. We highly recommend them!

Darin was on-time and friendly. After assessing the job in person he gave me a lower price than quoted by phone, partially due to the size of room and partly for his assessment that it didn't need the extra deodorizing originally recommended.
When he completed the job it all looked and smelled clean, without any perfume odor.
The reason I gave a 4 rather than a 5 is that, after letting it dry I went into the room and laid down on the loveseat. I immediately smelled urine. I'm not sure exactly where it came from, the loveseat or the the carpet. To my knowledge, none of the furniture has been urinated on.
A few minutes later the ac came on and the smell faded. I'm thinking I should have kept the extra deodorizing as quoted.

Dane, my technician, was a nice guy, very communicative. However, I thought the whole process of cleaning my upholstery & carpet took too long, longer than expected. I chose this company based on my mom’s recommendation after finding their coupons in the Sunday paper but I won’t be using them again.
