What kind of HVAC servicing company doesn’t own a 30ft ladder to service on roof units? The woman who was supposed to “check” if they could service me and get back to me never did so I wasted a whole day in a 96 degree house waiting for nothing. This “business” is a joke seriously.

So completely satisfied with the service, wish there was a shorter wait for service, but understand EVery company was hit with requests for service due to 120 degree temps, completed the repair ! And was always available for communication! They followed up with satisfaction!!!!!

All Flow Mechanical should be the model that all AC companies follow. Technician fully explains any problems before repairs are done with your full approval. They are head and shoulders above all the rest and wouldn’t consider working with anyone else. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Our AC had went out during this recent HEAT WAVE. We had to immediately check into a hotel for a couple of days. All Flow Mechanical was very busy but worked with us to help us asap, fixed the problem correctly and got us back in our house! I highly recommend these guys!!

Billy and Amy were great to work with. When we found out the cost to replace the entire rooftop unit was not much more than the cost to simply diagnose the problem with the current unit (to satisfy home warranty protocol), we went with a new unit. They got the new unit up (crane needed) and running in 3 days, in the peak of summer heat, and during a time when materials and labor was hard to come by. 5 stars! I called thinking I would have to wait 24 hours + to have someone out to take a look at my air conditioner. They were able to come out 3 hours later. They were professional, took their time to troubleshoot and even contacted Nest to try to troubleshoot. After carefully crossing every t and dotting ever i, they were able to come to the conclusion that it was my thermostat and provided several resolutions. William came out to replace a capacitor on my AC unit. He was right on time and stayed until the job was completed to make sure the unit was cooling correctly during a heat wave. His attention to detail and his going above and beyond are exemplary. I recommend Allflow Mechanical and William if you find your AC is on the fritz on a miserably hot day.

Billy was extremely competent prompt and explained our HVAC systems and the problems caused by improper duct size. He did a thorough inspection as well as maintenance. I will absolutely use him next time and encourage others to do as well. This guy is legit and a quality mechanic.

Billy is honest and trustworthy only person I will call when I have an AC problem. Last year he came out when I had a problem, I knew the unit was old and ask him what he thought. Being the problem was only the condenser fan motor he said replace it and keep it going till something more serious happens. Well this year ac went out again, ended up being the more expensive thing. Billy was honest in his assessment and nobody could touch his price for a new unit installed and everything.
