It was definitely a pleasure to work with Carlos and Cody. They were friendly, professional and answered all my concerns about my thermostat. The maintenance cost for my unit was reasonable and I plan to sign up for their annual maintenance plan starting in the fall which is also well worth the price. I definitely recommend them if you are looking for great service at a reasonable price.

We were having some issues with our ac cooling the upstairs. The technician Fernando came out and the dude was super knowledgeable, honest, and professional. Highly highly recommend this company.

Called Carlos for HVAC condenser concern, heard a weird noise, saw a big puddle and smoke/vapor. He looked it over and explained what was happening and told me the unit was fine. Checked out some worn parts and confirmed a capacitor was faulty and replaced the 1 part with a 1yr warranty. Did an inspection and found unit was effective. Really put me at ease. Wonderful communicator, very reasonable service cost, great service call.

Carlos put in a roof system for us a couple of weeks ago. He was fast and professional and had the best price. Our unit is working well as it can through this vicious phoenix heat wave in 2023. If I had to do it again, I would still go with Carlos and I'd get the unit with the higher SEER rating. Get the best unit you can afford. You should know, there is no financing and a fee if you use a credit card. But Carlos has best price and easy to work with. Also, I was impressed with how fast and quietly he and his partner removed the old unit and replaced it. It was only about 4 hours.

Contacted Carlos about my blower motor going out but was under warranty. He said he would look into the warranty and get back to me. He did. Got me scheduled pretty quickly. He showed up on time, he was very courteous and knowledgeable. I also had maintenance done. Prices are reasonable, great workmanship, excellent communication and overall excellent service.

Had to have our 5 year old Goodman AC unit capacitor replaced Saturday evening. Rocky the TECH was out in 30 minutes and was able to diagnose and replace within an hour. We have them come out every six months for maintenance. We're very pleased with their service and Tech's.

CarGo Air is a pleasure to work with. Fernando has been to my house a couple of times and is extremely conscientious and pleasant. I have also had good experiences with Carlos and Matt. I wouldn't call anyone else to help with my air conditioning needs. It's very refreshing to deal with a company that cares about their customers.

these guys came out for a service call and they were on time, quick, and clear. they found the problm, fixed it, and tested airflow. they explain what i should do next but i forget some of it, still they texted me a summary after. the estimate was given before work and it match the invoice. cleanup was ok and they didnt track dirt in. i’d call them again because the whole thing felt simple and handled right. the unit has been running steady since and the house is cooler in the afternoons.

Robert is an experienced pro. Honest and reasonably priced. Fixed my A/C. The compressor fan motor went out. Then he installed an additional return line for better efficiency and it seems to be running better than it ever has. Electric bill has gone down!
