The service people were very responsive. They came the same day and fixed the problem with my heating system timely. The service men were very pleasant and courteous. The service was covered by my insurance after a $100 co-pay.

The gentleman who came to repair my air conditioner, were polite and efficient. They were recommended by my warranty company so all I had to pay was the warranty fee.

My dealings with Mohamed, owner of Top Air was the best experience I have had with a repairman in years. On a Saturday he called me and came over within two hours of my notification to my Home Warranty Company. More than ten years ago three different companies tried to sell me an entire new system. Mohamed’s philosophy is to repair and not to replace. My system is 25 years old and he didn’t spend one minute of his time trying to upsell me to replace it. He comes from Sudan and explained to me how over there they will fix everything and replace nothing! I like that thinking and obviously it’s astronomically cheaper. I am so glad Mohamed is willing to work with Home Warranty companies as my previous experiences with them is far from satisfactory. You won’t regret calling Top Air.

4/21/2025, John and his team removed my old broken HVAC unit, and installed a brand new quality HVAC unit in my home, at a very competitive price. Arturo, Anthony, Matt, made quick work of the removal and install. They were clean, quiet, professional, respectful of my property and detail oriented. The whole process was a positive experience.
