Muhammed is the worst, stay away at all costs. He does warranty work for Choice Home Warranty. My AC wasn't working, he changed the capacitor and stated that if there was still issues then it must be an electrical issue.

There were still issues with the AC shutting down so I paid additional monies for an electrician. The electrician stated Muhammed misdiagnosed the AC and that the contact coil was faulty in the AC (the electrician used to be licensed HVAC).

I told Muhammed what the electrician stated and he swore it wasn't the contact coil and got rude because he didn't want to be questioned. He stated he would call me back to come back out to my house to take a look at the AC again.

Muhammed never called me back and I was in a house for 5 days without AC. It was 97 degrees in my house during the summer.

I called an emergency HVAC tech and just as the electrician stated, the new HVAC guy told me that Muhammed misdiagnosed the issue and that the burned contact coil should have been noticed immediately because it was charred from faulty wiring and smelled of burning wiring. Also, it is the first thing you see when the AC panel is opened.

Stay away from Muhammed and his company, stay far away.

This is a company you can trust to come out quickly with competitive prices. The work is done quickly and with skill. Highly recommend.

This gentleman/company went out of his/their way to get my air conditioning fixed ASAP even though they had to work with my (very difficult) warranty company.

Mohammad is remarkable! When our A/C went out, you just can't believe it! One day before the 4th of July and then having to endure 118 degree heat, it was unbearable! Our home warranty service assigned Mohammad as our HVAC provider and it was awesome! He arrived earlier than the set appt and resolved our issue with explanation as to what went wrong. It is my pleasure to recommend Mohammad to anyone with issues. It's unusual these days to see someone so personable as well as professional providing such great service! He's my guy!

Mohammed was very professional and accomidating to get my AC unit back to working. My AC unit was fixed fairly quickly and his advice for what I can do to maintain it was very much appreciated. I felt like he really had my best intrest as a homeowner. I would highly recommend.

They were able to come out to my home in a timely manner. I received a call to verify service was still needed and a time frame of their arrival. Friendly from the start, they asked questions before just jumping into the work. I was informed of what my repair would possibly need and after the job was done; They went over everything, even showing old parts that were replaced.

Muhammad did an amazing job of getting my heat up and running. He did not stop until he figured out the problem. He and his partner promptly replaced everything and didn’t leave until everything was working. He was friendly and professional, so easy to work with.

Mohamed was awesome!! The most important thing I look for in a company is how fast can I get an appointment and he definitely was the fastest. I could not believe it was the next day. He also took the time to explain to me what was going on and was very efficient doing with what needed to be to be done with my unit. I will definitely be calling him again.
