I wanted to have my AC cleaned and checked out so that it would be ready for the summer. Billy was able to come out that same day. He gave me great tips/advice on how to get the most efficient use out of my AC. He also repaired a duct for me. He was very professional, honest, and did everything in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend all flow mechanical.

Working with them thru a Home Warranty Insurance they were very friendly, knowledgeable and ready to help.

Billy showed up on time, was professional, and spend a lot of time educating me on my unit. He even installed apart I have purchased myself. I have had a lot of people service my units over the years but I will stick with Billy going forward. I trust him to take care of my AC going forward. I highly recommend him.

I used this company for the 1st time in May of 2020 through my home warranty when one of my roof ac units stopped working. I was so impressed with the professionalism, expertise and quick response from the tech and customer service. So, in April of 2021 when my second ac unit went out and I requested this company. They had evaluated, order parts and had everything installed up and running in 1 day. I HIGHLY recommend All Flow Mechanical.

I have nothing but great things to say about All Flow Mechanical. Amy helped me through an entire unit replacement during the middle of an Arizona summer, while I have been away in Europe. For more context, I am a young female and the sole owner of the home, and often times pretty skeptical about large purchases like this one but Amy made me feel at ease the entire time. They ordered the replacement parts right away but prior to that, they sent out a tech a few times to confirm the unit needed to be replaced. I am more than satisfied with their work and amazing communication. Highly recommend this trusted company!!

Family owned business in Glendale. I called Amy at AFM on a very hot Friday afternoon for help with my overworking AC problem. To my pleasant surprise, Amy was able to send someone that evening. After a thorough diagnostic assessment, cleaning, and some additional refrigerant, problem solved. The tech, William, was professional, patient, informative, and just generally outstanding. Despite an approaching storm, William managed to complete the work before conditions became unsafe. (Thank You, Will! ).

Last Saturday 6/4/22, we had an issue with our AC. Our unit is under 4 years old and is still under warranty. We tried to call the company that installed it, but their message states their hours are Mon-Fri. We left a message, but no return call. Thankfully, after about 2 hours, the AC started to cool again. We attempted to call that company again on Monday with no return call. With the heat wave expected this week , we wanted our AC unit checked out.
My husband happened to see the All Flow Mechanical truck on Tuesday while he was driving. He called and spoke to Amy and set up an appointment for Wednesday morning. My husband was impressed with how she handled the call and the information provided.
Billy arrived right at 8AM. He found no problems with our AC, suggesting it was possibly a power surge. He performed the preventative maintenance we requested at a very reasonable cost. As other reviewers have mentioned, he provided my husband with some very good tips on how to make our AC run more efficiently - and we have already put his advice in place. He was professional and knowledgeable.

I read many positive reviews about Carlos on NextDoor. I can honestly say they are all true! After having Renco do some roof repair (my HOA uses Renco), my A/C coincidentally stopped running. I called Carlos on a Saturday morning. I understood that he was working and had a busy day. However, that afternoon, he texted me and let me know he could be over at 4:30 p.m. That was wonderful!

Carlos is friendly and very professional. He came in and checked the thermostat first and then checked the circuit box. He then went up on the roof and checked my heat pump. He discovered roofing foam had covered some of the wires. He got the mess cleared as well as checked over my unit. Next, once the A/C was running, he checked all my vents for cool air to make certain everything was working as it should. So very thorough!

I read several people state that he is the only person they will use. I am joining that group of people. If I ever have another issue, I will most definitely call Carlos!

Another AC company tries to upsell me on getting all new capacitors and after talking them down they switched out TWO and what I found out to be the fan motor still wasn’t working. After the issue not being “fixed” they wanted to bring out their manager to go over my “options” on getting a new AC. I could tell right away they were BS me. I found Carlos on the next door app with a bunch of good references saying he does a great job and honest, and he is! He was straightforward from the get go, no BS, and I was like, done! You got the job! Now my AC fan motor is working and my house is blowing cold air now. Thank you Carlos!!!

Carlos and the crew were great to work with. My wife and I had issues with our AC unit when we woke up to it being too hot in our house and only hot air blowing out. We definitely went into panic mode and tried a couple different companies. One was saying the compressor was bad, we need a new unit, another saying it's the fan motor but the compressor could be bad too, we should consider a new unit.

We got ahold of Carlos from a coworker's recommendation. Carlos was honest and we valued his opinion instantly. We decided to get a new unit but at a fraction of the cost as the other companies and we didn't feel like we were ever being pushed. He let us know every step of the way what was going on and was patient when we asked questions, it's a stressful time, especially with no AC when it's 115 out. He understood and seemed to genuinely care about making us happy and comfortable again. Carlos kept his word and got us up and running in the timeframe he promised and he now has new customers that will recommend him to anyone that needs it. We'll also be using him for his maintenance services.
