Top notch service and work! Friendly and professional guy. Took the time to explain to me the multiple issues my AC unit was going through and got my unit up and running again. I won’t be going anywhere else for service.

Tyler was very detailed with the work he did on our unit and informed us of any issues he came across and how he planned to fix it. Communicated through the whole process. Definitely will be using him in the future.

Overpriced and kinda shady with the cost. I called them because I had a clogged water drain on my ac. He cleared my drain and charged me a $125 diag fee when I'm the one that told them what the problem was. That's why they came over in the first place. Then they charged me $278 to clear out a drain. On top of that I got charged $50 for a "truck charge". Then there was the coil clean charge when the guy couldn't even get in close enough to reach the coil. This is all plus labor and this was not an emergency. I scheduled them during the week. There were no parts needed for this job and he only spent 2 and 1/2 hours here. He did check the pressure in my condenser coil and found I had a leak and that is a plus but cost was going to be $2,000 just to find the leak. I know this is not normal. I was never given any kind of estimate, just the bill at the end.

My A/C went out over the weekend and Tyler was able to squeeze me in this afternoon. His knowledge and friendliness will keep me as a repeat customer for servicing and repairs.

I highly recommend Cool Werks to anyone needing an HONEST and timely opinion on their current HVAC situation. I had them over for a clogged AC drain and general maintenance on my older AC unit. In the past, service people have tried to sell me on a new unit, but instead they educated me on the difference between age and quality of systems. We worked out a maintenance solution for my system to keep it running as long as possible. Grateful to have them in my contacts for future needs!

We have repeatedly used Cool Werx for service for our home AC. Each time has been nothing but phenomenal!! Easily one of the most honest and professional AC companies out there. Recently, our home warranty sent out a sub-contractor who told us we needed a new compressor. Our cost was going to be over $2K WITH the shady home warranty. We called our trusted Cool Werx who came out and immediately recognized our compressor was fine and we only needed a new fan and capacitor!! AND this was on the weekend in the middle of summer! our tech had to locate a shop that had the parts we needed and he came right back and got our AC back running in the horrible AZ heat.!! as usual, Thank you Cool Werx!!!!!

Tyler is amazing. The A/C on the rental I’m in went out last night and he came by this morning to take a look. Although a replacement is needed (30+ year old unit), he got the unit up and running. He stayed to ensure it was running properly for now and gave me guidance on how to use for now.

Jonatan and Tyler were able to diagnose my HVAC system and discovered a couple of things that needed to be addressed and fixed. Both showed tremendous knowledge in what they were communicating to me and made sure to take the time (and had the patience most importantly!) to explain to me how the HVAC system works and detail what exactly went wrong and what they will do to fix it. They also gave me tips on how to do my own maintenance I can do on my own in order to get my system running as good as it can!

The most important thing though and why I wanted to write this review, my HVAC motor went out on a freak accident over the weekend during one of the hottest days Phoenix has had all year! My fiancé is pregnant and we were so uncomfortable as air was not shooting out of our vents! Jonatan and Tyler did not hesitate once when I gave them a call and they jumped on the issue. They were able to come and replace my motor the same weekend and got it working as expected again! I can’t express how grateful I am to them for their professionalism, empathy, and quickness in resolving and diagnosing these issues! They are simply the best and I cannot recommend a better company for your HVAC issues than Cool Werx!
