I was impressed right from the start! Scheduling an appointment for our HVAC repair was a breeze. The customer service representative was friendly, accommodating, and ensured a prompt service time that suited our schedule.

I just hope this is really what it says it is? Not sure how I can leave a review for something I have only seen a "Comercial " for? If all is true and they do help mistreated animals and pets, then it deserves 10 gold stars and a ice cream. Absolutely!

Over the weekend it was hot and Junior came out and got our air fixed in a jiffy. He didnt have the part we needed on his truck so he hunted down a place that was open on the weekend and got us what we needed. He even stayed late missing a family gathering to make sure our ac was working before he left. Thanks so much Junior. We have small kiddos in the house so he really saved the day. If I could give 10 stars I would, if anyone is needing an HVAC company this is the place to call.

My experiences with Junior were amazing a phone call away and he was there in a bit of a flash great customer service answered all my questions and it was really late at night and he took care of the issue. This is some of the best service I’ve ever experienced. Friendly on the phone and same day service when our water heater unfortunately broke. Our tech showed up at 5, was very respectful and professional. Fully installed our new water heater by 10pm. I would fully recommend this service to anyone!

Jeff did an amazing job with my water softener installation. I consider myself lucky to have had him take care of me. I would absolutely suggest having Jeff and cactus plumbing come to your home for any needs.
