Juan Mendoza and his crew did an excellent job. They were efficient, professional and all of the workers were polite and helpful. Everyone worked hard to get my mini splits installed quickly with minimal disturbance to my household. I would recommend this company to anyone.

I’m extremely disappointed in the reckless behavior I witnessed from two Advantage Home Performance trucks on I-17 today. Both drivers were speeding, weaving in and out of traffic, and showing no regard for the safety of others. One driver was even on his phone while swerving between lanes — a dangerous and irresponsible action that puts everyone at risk.

If this is the type of judgment and professionalism shown by their employees on the road, I’d be very concerned about the quality and safety of their work. Companies should hold their drivers to a much higher standard, especially when their vehicles are branded and represent their business

You can trust this company totally. Chad is the technician who inspects the HVAC system perfectly. The cost and efficiency is hard to find nowadays. Chad gets 10+ rating.

I will agree with John that safe driving is important and should be stressed with employees. Now, with that said, I would like to offer KUDOS to Tyler (who gave me the bid) and Francisco & David who performed the work on our home. All 3 were polite, professional, and performed their work well. We added insulation to the attic, extended a vent through the roof, and added an attic ladder. We are very pleased with the work performed and HIGHLY recommend this business.

David is knowledgeable, friendly and a conscientious worker. He arrived on time with his coworker. When they were finished with the job David cleaned up the small debris that remained. I think he is definitely an asset.

Tyler was great and David and Juan. Tyler followed up well with the estimate process and the installers left my garage emaculate.

Kevin was very knowledgeable and able to service our a/c. He was prompt in his arrival and informed us of everything before doing the work. I would highly recommend Kevin!

Chad was wonderful. He came on time and explained everything. He was efficient. I know I'm lousy at writing reviews. I have been using advantage home performance for over 20 years and I can't see any reason for ever changing.

Tyler was friendly, very knowledgeable, informative and thorough about how our home uses electricity and how we can work with SRP to minimize costs. He inspected our home and pointed out a few areas that could be improved, but there was no pressure to get services. I would certainly recommend him to do an “energy inspection” and if we needed work done, wouldn’t hesitate to ask him.

The work was completed in a most professioal manner. Chad kept me informed and was on time as scheduled.

The Company is very knowledgeable about air conditioning, the technician was very nice he sent me a picture of himself, and when got to my home it text that he was here. Took care of the problem. Good Company I give you a 5 star rating for my overall experience.
