HVAC reviews in Glendale, Arizona

This company came out as a contractor for Home warranty of America and damaged my AC unit by leaving wires hanging that started sparking after they left. They came back and said they’d fix the damage but never showed back up after that and left me with no AC in the Arizona summer. I now have to pay $900 to get the damage that they did repaired because Home Warranty of America won’t pay to fix the damage and said I have to sue them directly. This company is horrible and should never be used. That goes the same for Home Warranty of America. They are scam artists.

Very professional, communicative and easy to work with. They showed up on time and got the job done! Highly recommended.

It's been almost two month since a new air conditioner was installed on the roof. it took almost 1 day to installed but along the way I did not realize that the main two ducks connected for the New air conditioner were the same ones connected to my old air unit that lasted almost 30 years. I call the company rechaza in the spanish language means (reject), I let them know they used my old air ducts needed to be replace because they can fall apart at any time. I let them know several times by text and they promise to send someone to fix the problem. I am still waiting after two month for them to fix a simple matter. At the same time I notice in the roof that the they forgot to connected the PCV pipe on the roof to the air conditioner were water collects when the air is humid and drains to the patio. At this point I would not recommend this company to anyone. Their are other A/C reputable companies that will fix a problem like this if they made a mistake. They still a joke of a company since they claim 30 years of experience in the field. You should avoid this company at all cost. after two years they never came to fix the mistake they made. The woman whom answer the phone say they would come but on Latino or Cuban time that will be never.

Rechaza rocks! I called last Monday for service. My AC was blowing air fine but not cold enough. They promised same day service and came thru. Fixed the same day and the guy had the part that needed to be replaced right in his truck. TY guys! 👍

Rechaza AC was hired by my home warranty company to inspect an A/C outage on my property. They came, and inspected it, and received payment from the home warranty company.
I had not heard from them in over a week. I called and spoke to a woman, who took my number and said that they would call me back that same day to figure out who dropped the ball, and why there has been no communication. I did not receive a phone call and since then have attempted to call them every day. They either answer and hang up, or there is no call and it goes to voicemail. I have even tried calling from a number different then mine, and yet no one answers the phone number that I have used to reach out to someone.
I still have an A/C out and I have never received a phone call. My home warranty company has no longer been able to reach anyone at Rechaza AC LLC.
I am disappointed by the lack of communication and that my A/C is still out, and there has been no communication to fix the problem. I'm highly disappointed in the way that this company has handled themselves. -
I’ve actually had them out 3 times! Each time they were amazing, good quality service. They even came out one evening (8:00pm) while hosting my daughter’s birthday party in August and the AC stopped working, They came right away and fixed the problem. They are prompt and very professional. I recommend them anytime!

When called the company to get information I received great customer service over the phone with all questions answered. The time schedule for my appointment was great 2 hour window and the technician was excellent and fixed the problem and got my ac working. I’m definitely going to refer them to anyone who needs ac help

Most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. They did a sorry job in my house. One of their employees made a hole on my roof, and they left cracks all over my ceiling. They made me replace my ac unit with a bigger one. The ducts they “did” don’t blow any air out. The owner won’t hold up responsible and won’t answer his phone neither does anyone in his office. They were supposed to change the ac ducts and they don’t work. It’s such a frustrating situation because you trust them to do a good job because you’re spending a lot of money on them and they don’t come through and now im in deeper debt and and I need to get a real professional to fix the sorry job they did.
So don’t waste your time and money on Rechaza AC. -
If you’re looking for a professional company, run!!! This company was recommended to me by the contractor who took over my renovations. Paulo who is the owner has the worst communication along with his “assistant” Sandy. It’s been 2 years and I’m still trying to get them to send me paperwork in regards to what exactly they did because nothing is functioning! First, one of his many workers fell through the roof and left a huge extremely noticeable hole damaging a lot of my items since my garage was used as storage while the renovations were happening. I confronted them and he said none of his workers told him or let him know. He did pay for damages and fixed it, but then they damaged the brand new ceiling in my living room which they never fixed or payed for. Also, when I moved in they came three times and fix the thermostat because it was then placed incorrectly , then lines were placed mixed up, then another one just didn’t work! They were supposed to install all new vents and air ducts to accommodate the expansion. He sent different workers, multiple times and who knows what they did. The air barely blows into the house. They promised to come every week for a month or two with no show. When I called the office and demanded the work order and completion receipt because another company was coming to inspect their work Sandy just said Paulo was in “Mexico” which has been the excuse for two years. Then she said she’d call me back. I called hours later and once she heard my voice she pretended to not hear me and hung up. I texted, no response. Called, my phone number had now been blocked. They’re the most unprofessional company and people who I’ve dealt with in my life. No accountability for any of their work.

The first time I used Rechaza was back in 2010 and Paulo was easy to work with and responsive to my needs. I had an issue with the HVAC unit that he installed and he came out right away and took care of it. From that point on I knew I was dealing with a high integrity company. In the past 5 years I have used Rechaza multiple times on investment properties and they are always fair and honest. The two most important things when dealing with an HVAC company in my opinion. I definitely recommend them for your future HVAC needs.

Our A/C went out and a family member recommended this company. I contacted them and they we're able to come fix it the same day. They were polite, fast, very professional. I would highly recommend them!

I had a great experience with this company! They were professional, punctual, and did an excellent job with our AC system. The technician was knowledgeable and explained everything clearly. The work was completed efficiently.

What I was hoping to be a repair or minor service was not at all the outcome!
In the early evening when we noticed the house was heating up, my husband and I tried the intent to troubleshoot the problem ended up in an epic FAIL! We gave Rechaza A/C a call and by the grace of the owner he came out that evening to check it out! We had hope as he worked diligently until the news was not what any homeowner wants to hear in the summer days! He went over a few options and promised to have a few solutions by morning! He followed through with 3 options and best recommendation! I know this may seem to much but we need to hear there are good people and businesses out there that really take care of there clients and especially us new clients! So if your local in Verrado, Buckeye area, West Valley I truly recommend him 100%. Oh wait he also had his young boy with him because he was heading home from a long day of work and he still made time to help a client in need! Thank you Paolo and team for all your hard work! -
WARNING: Their worker fell off a ladder while servicing my air conditioners. The fall caused 900 dollars in damages. We have this on video and the company will not pay for the repair. I will have to take them to small claims court.

You have a lot of places to choose from out there for HVAC services. Armando was a very thorough and honest person from the start. No sales pitches, just expertise. He was able to replace our residential unit the day AFTER the quote on a Saturday. He was pleasant and good at explaining the process from start to finish. He was on time, professional and gracious throughout. The price was reasonable and the whole thing was quite painless for having to buy a new unit. Great work! Highly recommend!
-
They should have 100+ glowing reviews because I know they help people every single day with amazing service. Armando has done work for us for more than 10 years and is just as honest and attentive today as his first job. We appreciate the professionalism he and his team show to us and his expertise is so valuable. He cares about people and is great to work with.
-
Terrible customer service. We’re supposed to have repairs completed today and despite reaching out to this company for the last two days we’ve gotten zero response. We’ll take our money elsewhere.

Juan is the man. I have been using him for over 6 years now on all of our fix and flip projects and development projects. He goes above and beyond and always knocks the job out of the park. I am grateful to have met him. I absolutely recommend him.

This company did a remodle/flip of a home that I eventually bought. When I had to run the AC, and the humidity went up due to monsoon season, the AC (which was brand new) didn't work. This company couldn't come for several days so I called a more local company to troubleshoot. I was informed that THIS company did not install the unit correctly to the ducting, and water/condensation was backing up in the air ducting and into the wood framing. They were supposed to come out to address the findings but never called and never came.
