We have used State 48 for our rental home and our personal residence, both in Sun City West, and have been thrilled with Ruben's service, promptness, attention to detail, and fair pricing. He shows up when he says he will, he is conscientious and has never attempted to "over-sell" us in any way. Our renters were experiencing intermittent shutdown of the HVAC system back in June. We had several companies out to inspect and recommend how to proceed. ALL but State 48 said the system (only 11 years old) needed replacement. Ruben advised us the system did NOT need to be replaced but with some replacement of parts we could expect another 5 years or more use out of the existing HVAC system (and saved us thousands of dollars). We have used State 48 at two homes and we're perfectly happy with their service. The real test of customer service comes when things don't go exactly as expected. When a minor accident occured creating ceiling damage, they not only did a good cleanup job, but had it professionally repaired the very next day. We wouldn't consider using anyone else.

Great experience getting 2 new HVAC units from this company. From the start, everything was extremely quick, professional, and high-quality.

I got 3 quotes for my HVAC, and these guys were considerably less expensive then the others. They installed American Standard (Trane) equipment which was the exact same equipment as the other vendors quoted. The install quality is excellent and everything is working very well.

I have horrible allergy issues with the Arizona dust and overall Air Quality in the Phoenix metro area. Additionally, I was having HVAC issues that were common with all systems installed in our neighborhood by the original builder. I called State 48 Cooling and Heating who came right out.

The owner, Rubin, meticulously went through my entire HVAC system while also taking into consideration my homes indoor air quality. It was time to replace my system. There was no pressured up sale.

Rubin took his time going through all my options with me by explaining the benefits of each and the overall process. Because of my allergies, we discussed a whole home air purification system to replace the numerous portable air purifiers scattered throughout my home that were had little impact.

Once a system was selected, it was just a couple days later the installation began. I can’t say enough about the installation team. Each one of them were extremely polite and very professional. The team wore uniforms clearly identifying the company and their name. The nice touch was the American flag on their shoulder.

The installers walked through the house with me and explained each step of the old systems removal and the new instal. They asked if I had questions and any concerns I might have. They then placed floor protection throughout every section of the house they would be walking and working. The entire process was so professional.

The installation took one full day with some adjustments on day two. We can now breathe! The Air Quality is now excellent in my home. The new HVAC is keeping my house at the exact temp that it’s set at without fluctuations. I couldn’t be more happy with the system and the entire service I received from State 48 Cooling and Heating.

Lastly, communication from the office staff was timely, consistent and friendly. I never had a moment when I wasn’t sure of the next step or when it would happen. - these guys do what they say and when they say they’ll do it. Well done!

State 48 Air Conditioning and Heating was awesome!! My family and I were without an A/C unit for nearly 2 weeks trying to find a reasonable price on a new unit. I called company after company until I called State 48 Ruben gave me a quote that could never be beat!!!! Ruben along with his team came out soon after installing a brand-new unit allowing my family and I to return back home, they are professional, quick, super knowledgeable, and clean work with along some of the best prices around my family and I thank you state 48!!!!

We’re a couple years into working with State48 to maintain our units. They did a great install years ago and the follow-on service (annual maintenance) has been great. Stacy is always making things run smoothly and Justin did a really good job this last visit. Communication from Stacy and Justin was on-time and accurate as always. Great overall experience!

State 48 AC has worked on our A/C system twice now, demonstrating great care and knowledge. They also helped identify important concerns with our furnace and resolved them. Ruben explains well what he notices/recommends and shows us pictures with his explanation to help us understand before committing to repairs. Overall, our experience with State 48 AC has been great!

AP was not worried about getting dirty. Stuff started coming from the bottom of my toilet and my wife was screaming. All Season Plumbing made my wife happy, and saved my floor.
