I had a couple issues including a bad motor, after getting a 2nd opinion Crosswinds price came in WAY lower than the other co. and was up in running very quickly ... never a fun call to make but technician got me up in running very quickly, at comparably low price and did a thorough check on the rest of the system, very happy with experience and is now saved in my contact list for any future service very nice to find an affordable and honest company when in a bind

This is the best air conditioning company. Not only did Chris clean and maintain my trane heat pump, but i had him replace all my old nasty duct work and redesigned it for better flow and balance. I couldn't be happier. Both ends of my house are now receiving the proper amount of cooling. Very honest and reliable and keeps it real. I highly recommend Chris.

I’ve been using Crosswinds for the last 5 years and would not use a different AC/Heating company. They are reliable, trustworthy, and professional. Recently had an issue with our Trane AC unit (a very complex AC unit), Chris took the time to make sure he figured out the issue and got us back to running at full potential. Chris came out within less than a week of me messaging him and went through my entire house to make sure all of my vents are pointed in the correct direction. Went in the attic to make sure everything was good to go! Went above and beyond! Unclogged the drain and clean the coils… Did everything to make my house nice and cold again. I truly appreciate it!
