I would like to just mention how thoroughly impressed I was with AirRite's estimator, Jimmy. He was absolutely exceptional in every respect… demeanor, professionalism, and honesty. He really explained all the relevant considerations in a way that I could understand. He even took the time to present potential options as to how we could more effectively cool our southwest-facing master bedroom which gets very hot in the summer. At no time did I feel he was pressuring or using scare tactics.

I had a new unit installed earlier this week that I purchased through newacunit.com. I was a little hesitant at first as I didn’t get to select the HVAC installer but I was very impressed by AiRite. Nature reached out to me within 30 minutes of me submitting my order online to schedule a site survey. They inspected the home that night and promptly scheduled the install. Literally within 72 of my online order I had a brand new installed unit. Nature was incredibly helpful and followed up on everything that was promised. I’m very happy with this experience and would recommend AiRite to anyone needing help with HVAC!

From the moment I spoke to Marissa when I first called AiRite about securing a replacement for my 22 year old Trane HVAC system, I knew I found the right vendor. She explained (without being asked) how modern residential HVAC systems worked; offering up advice on two stage compressors, system pressures and the new coolants now being used. They had an experienced tech at my place by the next day; he performed a thorough inspection of my home. By the next day I had an estimate in place. I can assure you that AiRite was extremely competitive compared to other quotes I had received from some of the bigger names in the Phoenix area. Install was scheduled for just a few days later (they had to secure the Trane HVAC unit I wanted). Two installers arrived about 10 minutes before their scheduled start time (if you're not early; you're late in my book). I have a home office, and during the four hours of installation time, I barely noticed them. They were courteous, professional, efficient and thoroughly cleaned the job site before leaving. If you are looking for a trustworthy, fair priced, courtesy HVAC vendor, look no further than AiRite.

AiRite came out and replaced our AC unit on the scheduled day, they were on time and had the whole job done that same day. They were great to work with and helped us with the warranty registration. I would highly recommend them.

I had to get a new AC system. They were quick and got me in the same week. Even with their busy schedules and knowing that my system was still working (just not really well) they got me taken care of right away. They were professional , on time, laid down plastic to protect my carpet. My new system is so quiet and my house is much cooler than it was at the same temp as before. Eric and Ryan are the GOATS!! Their combined experience and expertise is unmatched. Eric was so thorough and explained everything as he walked our building. He really dumbed it down for me in a way I could understand. Ryan is also great. He was able to fix a problematic freezer in a truly professional way. I wish I could remember the name of the younger guy that was assisting them, because he was also great. Give these guys a raise!!

We signed up for the seasonal check up for our multi unit home. Showed up on time, very thorough. Topped me off with additional coolant and going to come back for inspection of any leaks. Also installed a new two stage AC unit with handler in the attic. Very professional and cleaned up work area. A great value with experienced & knowledgable technicians.
