My mini-split system needed attention and they sent David out the next day. He thoroughly checked the entire system and made some small changes to lines and fittings, recharged the system and now it's working great! David was very professional, knowledgeable and courteous as well as answering all of my questions on optimal operation. I highly recommend Ron Brocks and David for your HVAC needs!

I had our bi annual AC maintenance on August 19th, 2025. I wish to heap praise onto AC tech Rhonda for her expertise. She went above and beyond solving a condensation issue with one of the air handlers, corrected drainage problems with that one and another air handler for the south AC unit. Rhonda has been out several times before and her work is impeccable. I’d ask for her every time if possible. From a customer’s perspective Rhonda is a very valuable employee of Ron Brock HVAC.

We've had nothing but excellent service from this company for 12 years. We've had a troublesome air handler installed by another HVAC company. Ron Brock HVAC took it on as a challenge and found the solution. I highly recommend this company.

Although it was unfortunate to have back to back issues that occurred a week apart, our technician, Xavier, was able to complete service quickly and thoroughly. Both times, he was courteous, and explained the work he would be performing. His expertise in his trade allowed him to provide expedient service, which got our AC up and running, as the temperature has been climbing. Thank you, Xavier!

HORRIBLE experience with Ron Brock's. Unprofessional, unethical, overpriced, and incompetent. Left us over the weekend without AC with a newborn.

In their diagnosing they messed with our system and caused problems we had never seen before. But don't worry, they sent us an outrageous bill to fix the problems they caused. They said they'd send somebody over today (Saturday) and I never heard from them. I called them at 4:50 to see what's going on. The lady (Jacque, I think) put me on hold for 20 minutes and then hung up. Never answered again. Im sure she didn't want to deal with it over the weekend. I told her we have a newborn and an AC unit not working and she literally hung up and ghosted us. Will be taking this to Toll Brothers.

Wow! I was so impressed with Mark who came to service our unit today. He was super helpful answered all of our questions and made us feel very comfortable with the service today. I would recommend them to anyone without hesitation. Thank you.

Ductless ac not working well and acting like it's low on refrigerant. Called in and was told $95 for a service call and the tech would let us know price increase before any service. He looked at the system and found the filters dirty, cleaned them off and said the issue was the head units were dirty. Tried to charge my wife $260 then backed off when she called him on it. Quoted 1800 to clean head and outside units which was too much for us. Got them cleaned elsewhere, did nothing to resolve the problem (they were very dirty and needed cleaning). Wouldn't recommend this group which is a bummer since they installed it origionally.

Taylor is wonderful to work with. She is very professional and personable. She greeted me with a big smile and helped me with anything that I needed.

Nothing but positive things to say about Ron Brock’s! From the office staff to the technicians, they go way above and beyond in all areas. I had some issues with my units and they came through for me and my family and at a fraction of the cost of the competition. Way to go, awesome team!

Joey did an amazing job re-installing our A/C after having to remove due to yard construction. He was very informative, helpful and professional. Walked me through the process and even took the extra step in helping me replace my air filter! Definitely recommend!
