I recently experienced an issue with my AC unit and reached out to Andrews AC. I was impressed with how quickly they responded and scheduled a service appointment. Darryl arrived promptly and immediately got to work diagnosing the problem. He was incredibly efficient in identifying the issue and explaining it to me in a way that was easy to understand. I really appreciated his professionalism and how knowledgeable he was. The repair was done quickly, and he made sure everything was working perfectly before he left. Our AC is now running great, and I was very satisfied with the fair price for the excellent service we received. I highly recommend Andrews AC and especially Darryl for their prompt, efficient, and high-quality AC repair services!

Restaurants BEWARE: don’t get a grease trap service from this company!!

I was charged a $750 fee for the pump truck! It seems that they charge you for the truck rental ON TOP of the hourly charges (labor fees) that are necessary. They also charge hourly fees to drive to drop off their vehicle, then pick up the pump truck, then empty the pump truck, then drive to you, then empty the pump truck, then back to the original vehicle which makes an incredibly unreasonable fee!

You have been warned, do not get service from this business.

Andrews is awesome! Matt and Caden were total rockstars today when they showed up and dropped a heater unit out of the ceiling, fixed a pipe leak above the unit and then put it all back together same day. Would highly recommend!

Had Andrew’s come out to fix my air conditioning, and they did sucha a great job! Very friendly, showed up on time, and got everything working perfectly. The whole process was quick, simple, and easy. Definitely will be calling them again next time I need any AC work done, thank you!

Our commercial freezer went out this past Saturday and Andrews got there in time to save our pork butts. Even at weekend rates it was reasonable, and the tech didn’t hang around running up the tab. He was quick and efficient, highly recommended.

we did not have any a/c related needs, but did have some plumbing issues. technician nolan came out with his apprentice and hydro jetted our pipes and then did a smoke test. locating the problem and resolving it:
being a commercial building they worked around our availability times when the property was unoccupied.
they arrived earlier than scheduled and were ready to roll on the work immediately.
nolan is sharp and confident and he
don't mess around, he diagnosed our issues and got everything we needed done in a good time frame.

We were recommended Andrews Refrigeration by So Low Environmental Equipment to change the battery on our -80°C freezer. Andrews told us that they would bill us for the trip to our facility in Scottsdale to evaluate our freezer --- around $150. We would then be responsible for the cost of the battery or any labor needed to repair anything. While at our clinic, the service technician told us it would be around $70 to replace the battery. There were no problems with our freezer. We told the tech that $70 was fine for the specific battery needed. A few hours later, he returned, replaced the battery, and billed my card $739.32 without confirmation, approval, or justification for the charges. This company is fraudulent, and we will never use their services again. I am filing a complaint with the BBB and will be disputing this charge with my credit card. They are not transparent with their billing. BEWARE!

The HVAC repair was done perfectly and in no time. The technician was courteous and knew what he was doing. Satisfied with the service.

Our AC stopped working during a heatwave, and they were able to repair it quickly. The pricing was transparent, with no hidden fees. Great service overall!
